Yikes! Poor Pam! Ouch indeed! I don't know... all these baby fics are really lessening the likelihood of me ever having a baby LOL This is great, I'll have to remember to catch up with the rest of this when I get back from vacation! :)
Author's Response:
Ha ha. No, no. It's just intense menstral cramps. Nothing to worry about ;-)
I'm honoured that you are reading my story. I am LOVING your "A Blink of an Eye". Happy holidays!

No fair - not only is Team Canada keeping me in suspense so are you. Come on JAM baby! Another excellent chapter and so realistic.
Author's Response: Thanks, jinx! We had a happy ending to our Olympic hockey story and there will be a happy ending here, too. Stay tuned!

Happy Sunday, Bees! Things are moving now! Great imagery here: *At the bottom of her bed were two very large feet, crossed at the ankles. Her eyes swept down the long, lanky legs to find Jim sleeping in a chair. His late afternoon stubble cast a shadow across his face and his lips were slightly parted. She smiled slightly before poking him with her blanketed toes.* As before, Dwight and Michael are great comic relief.
Author's Response:
A Happy Sunday to you too! Thanks so much for your wonderful review. I'm glad you enjoyed the image of Jim sleeping. I think I enjoyed it too ;-)

aww, I want a Jim/John Krasinski!!! Very nicely done, and accurate sounding (as I have NO CLUE what childbirth is like. I'm imagining INCREDIBLY painful!). Anyways, great job and I can't wait to read the succession of chapters coming soon!
Author's Response:
Well, the Jim in this story is based on my husband. He was amazing during my labour. He knew exactly what to say and do. Oh, and I was hoping the description of the pain was translating. It's been 6 years since I felt that pain. My body may forget, but my mind remembers.
Thanks so much for your review!
