I liked this a lot. I was interested in which way you would go with this. For myself (from the male viewpoint) I am not convinced that Karen was the difference-maker in S3. Instead, their standoff seemed to be a combination of Jim refusing to be hurt again coupled with Pam's timidity in saying what she wanted. However, I really liked how this played out and will look forward to the next "episode"
