Pastrami on rye, fries, coke, nothing to drink

Before Roy can propose to Pam, a new face shows up at Dunder-Mifflin.Jim said there was nothing romantic about the office and he was right; this isn’t romantic. This is the furthest thing from romantic they’ve ever done.
But it just might be the hottest.
"He doesn’t want to be presumptuous but all he’s been thinking about for the past twelve minutes as the car sped away from the restaurant is how much he wants to kiss her again; how much he wants to keep on kissing her until he either dies from happiness or wakes up."
My (canon-compliant) take on Pam and Jim's romantic journey, beginning with their first date. Includes flashbacks.
Pam calls off her wedding. Roy loses it. Jim's in Stamford, but not for long.
A hospital stay and the recovery afterward, almost entirely from Jim's POV. Earnest and fluffy and sweet, with a side of steam for dessert. Tons of inner monologue, lots of dialogue, dramatic with plenty of humor sprinkled throughout.
This story takes place right after the events of Valentine's Day, season 2. Pam has an epiphany and realizes that the life she wants isn't necessarily the life she has now.

This takes place during Valentine's Day and I've deiced to enter it into the 2017 Valentine's Day Writing Challenge. It's my first story here so I'm beyond excited.
