This was gorgeous.  So subtle and vaguely melancholy.  I was holding my breath the entire time.

God, the last three paragraphs of this story.  It's all very good and hot and wonderful, but the, "Yeah, I know it is," really makes you glad you read it.  It makes me want to high-five you.  And Karen.

I hope you haven't forgotten about this; I'd love to see more of it.  I like the dynamic these two have here, and I want to know what happens at those out of office sessions.  ::waggles eyebrows::

I wasn't quite sold on the premise at first.  Not because I don't like dark, but because I wasn't entirely convinced these character would actually behave this way.  But the story really sucked me in, and the smut was top-notch. 

My only real complaint is that sometimes the author's notes were too descriptive.  Like in the last chapter, for example, I would have preferred not to know that there was going to be no KaPam until I read the story for myself, you know?  A small complaint, but I would recommend letting the story speak for itself in the future.

And while I know this can't mean much coming from a stranger, I am really sorry to hear about your kitty.

This may well be my favorite Kelly!fic ever.  She comes across as a caricature on the show, and is naturally written as such in most fic.  This gives her a heart, but is still believably the same Kelly we see on the show.

Poor Andy.  I love that the four of them all hang out, though.  Something that on the surface seems so unlikely, but again, you make it believable.

I was so pleased to see you updated!  I think that it's a good sign that Jim is telling Pam about the changes he wants to make; it makes all the difference between running away and taking a step forward.  I would love to see him end up with Karen, but this interaction between Jim and Pam restored a bit of my faith in the both of them, and I could see myself wishing them well by the time you're through with them.

Also?  "[O]r is he just a flailing man-child" made me giggle out loud.

I gotta say, I love crazy!Karen.  I don't for a second think she actually is a crazy, but it sure makes for a fun read.

Nice touch with writing one of the first believable camera guys I've read.  Everyone's characterization was spot on, actually, which makes the contrast of Karen even more delicious. 

Fantastic.  I think a lot of fics forget that Ryan is sort of an asshole or make him only an asshole.  You did a wonderful job handling the fact that yeah, he's kind of a dick, but he's also just a guy, doing his best.  Thanks for helping us get to know him a little better.

Author's Response: Thank you for your kind review!  Yes, I think Ryan is kind of an asshole, but that's not the only part about him, and while I'm not exactly sure what part of me this came from, I'm glad that I was able to bring out a well-rounded character for you!
