OK. I love your first person Jim - but this works quite well too. Seriously - the studio thing was great - but the look on his face when he was trying to explain about buying it without telling her killed me dead. Poor guy was rattled the whole time he was showing her around. Pam's a lucky girl. :)

I lost my breath for a second there myself. You have this incredible knack for taking the quietest and smallest of moments and spinning them into something fantabulous. And because you do, now I'm greedy.

S3 Pam is one of my favorite Pam's actually. I was so happy to see her struggle and show outright that she actually had feelings for Jim. As tough as it was to watch I liked that about S3.
Happy to know we're moving to S4 next. So much of that we missed - not that - I'm guessing - we'd have ever get to see what you have planned anyway. ;)
Can't wait to see what's next.

As per usual I loved so much about this. This is precisely how I imagine the early days of their relationship would be. Outdoor concerts, not cold enough wine and what followed is exactly the way I'd expect they'd spend an evening together.
I loved Pam's finally being able to claim that freckle as her own and it's lovely to imagine the locations of the um...other...vaguely referenced freckles here.
Can't wait to see the next installment.
PS - lisahoo might be distracted by Blackberry ads - I actually ordered the damn thing. (HA!)

My favoritest parts: Pam picking various shades of green paint, soap on a rope, leaving the fucking out for the grandparents sake (that sounds weird but you know) slurry, anxious, in love Jim, things that don't qualify one as a virgin and Pam who can't help herself from talking about their kids and yes...freckles before she lets him go.
If I say any more I'll just quote the whole story so yeah. Safe to say I loved it about as much as Jim loves Pam.

I've never attempted it myself. You've captured his expected reluctance to believe it's true and slight desperation while on the phone w/Pam perfectly. Yay you!

And I have to ditto those who have said it's wonderful to see Casino Night presented again in a way that is out of the ordinary. I also love the ending. Oh yay! This was such a sweet little "what if..." It's so nice to see S3 resolved so quietly (and quickly - take that GD!) Writing is fun when you haven't done it in a while right???
I love this. That's the simpliest thing to say about it. The tentativeness. and yeah the awkward. You've done an amazing job capturing how things progressed between them and now - well - this story is what I'm going to imagine when I imagine...well you know. :)
In my halcyon days post S2 I wrote a similar scenario (many actually), not as in depth but I attempted to capture her shyness and his nervousness but I don't think I quite got it right. But I think you did - so yay you.

I loved this little view into how Michael and Holly came to be. It's spot on and in character and the references to all the things they found commonly funny was fantastic. The bit about her mom was particularly well done.
