i will be brutally honest with you here. normally i can't stand the 55 word drabbles but this was absolutely perfect! i loved how you evenly showed both jim and pam's sides, and how the words seemed to effortlessly pair together. great job!
Author's Response: If that's brutal, I'll take it! Truly, I really appreciate you reading something in a format you normally dislike. Thank you for your kind words!
no problem, great job with this! will you be continuing? just an idea here, no need to use it but maybe you could continue with drabbles from the wedding after we watch the episode tomorrow night. if you're up for that maybe we could team up and write something about it? i've only written one story here and i'm not very proud of it, i'd love to post something new. just a thought, but let me know what you think!
Author's Response:
Oh, thank you so much for wanting to write with me! I'll be honest, I'm a terrible writing partner. My schedule is really crazy (busy work and a very active toddler)- I'm not even sure when I'll be able to watch the episode. I'd be happy to beta for you sometime, though, if you decide to write something more yourself. Thank you again!
well too bad the writing partner idea doesn't work - i don't think i'll be posting something myself unless i get some brilliant idea - maybe tonight will spark some creative juices? good luck with your schedule, and i hope you have a chance to watch the wedding!
Author's Response:
i loved the ending, how sweet, with the champagne and your descriptions for their feelings towards each other. please continue, i'm sure you'll have more to write come tomorrow night! i can't wait!
Author's Response: I'm trying to think of ways to continue, it's going to be tricky. But I'm sure there will be more, somewhere in my head. ;) Thanks for leaving a review! =)
oh my god. five was so perfect. great job with this story, i loved it, so sweet and completely jim and pam! i think last night's episode was the best yet, don't you think?
Author's Response: Thanks so much! As for my opinion on the episode...well, let's just say that I never intended to write Jim/Pam before I saw it.
oh wow. this story was overkill, yet so perfect. and i thought the episode was perfect, but this just makes it better. i'm just going to leave it at that. great job with this story. beautifully done, yanana!
Author's Response: Thanks so much. =)
ah, (extremely audible sigh) that was perfect. thank you SO MUCH for shutting up the persistent voice inside of you and posting this anyway. i love how casual they are, all they really need is the two of them and their love for each other takes care of the rest. great job with this, and i loved every single last word of it! i swear i will find a way to give you an 11 for this. absolutely i do promise. :)
ah ha, i'll review again and give you another 1. there we go!
Author's Response: Hahaha! Thank you for my 11 Pamelamorganhalpert! so glad you enjoyed this. And you know...now I'm glad I shut off my internal posting monitor too! ;-)
i totally and completely agree with all these much better writers who reviewed ahead of me. i've decided that the only thing i like writing is reviews. so there.
and i'll just give you a ten again.
Author's Response: LOL. You responded just PERFECTLY my dear! :-)
oh my god, that was adorable. this story i find is kind of like seinfeld, all about nothing, yet delightful and oh-so addicting. (wasn't that an awesome analogy?!?) i just love this story, that's all. PLEASE KEEP GOING, are you going to deny pamelamorganhalpert the Honey BBQ Wings-like goodness of this story? lol, i'm talking gibberish here.
Author's Response: That WAS an awesome analogy! Thank you so much! And keep going with the analogies...they are making me laugh.
well at least someone likes them. i felt very clever as i wrote that. keep going, and you will have more honey bbq-ed reviews of goodness coming. (that was pathetic, though).
lol. i really do like writing reviews though! i find them a lot easier to write than actual stories or one-shots. (perhaps why i've only written my shower story.... yuck, that was a weird one....)
must stop writing. must do homework. must stop writing. must do homework... but MTT is so tempting. will read as i fall asleep. cute fluff-filled bedtime stories! i can't wait!
keep it coming. keep it coming. i love this story so much! keep it coming!
p.s. why do authors ALWAYS reply to comments in proper english? here i am in my all lowercase type, now i feel so weird. Haha, look at me, I can be proper, too. Wow, I'm tired. Look at me typing in the comment box about absolutely nothing!
I'll let you go, dear LoveFool, before you loose all respect for me. And I'm gone...
aww. i love this story so much! great job as always, LoveFool. nice try with the pick up lines, and jim scooting towards pam - nice touch. i love how honest and comfortable they are around each other in this story, a very admirable writing style i must admit. great job, and keep going!
Author's Response: Aw, thank you so much for your kind words! I'm glad you're enjoying the story! Keep reading!
nice! this was really good and i can't wait for the next chapter. it's so amazing to think how far jim and pam have come - i mean for them to realistically say what you just wrote (which i thought seemed very natural!) is incredible, considering how they couldn't be together for so long. great job!
Author's Response: It is so amazing right? To think of how far they've come....wow. So glad we all get to celebrate it now! Thanks so much for reading and reviewing!
aww. that was so sweet even with the ending! i love this story so much. too bad we all didn't know they were honeymooning in puerto rico before you started. darn. but this is still amazingly well done and oh-so realistic. fantastic job and i can't wait for the next chapter!
Author's Response: LOL. Yeah too bad I didn't know. To be honest when I saw this week's episode I thought...aw man! Puerto Rico...I can't have them go there! lol. Hahaha...good thing this is FICTION, huh? (I had to remind myself) and then I let them stay in Niagara. I'm glad you're still enjoying this!
lol. i actually like the idea of them staying in niagara better, if you go on a destination wedding it makes sense to honeymoon there too, right?
as always this story is such a pleasure to read. sure, they aren't doing much and pam's pregnant, but sometimes it's nice just to spend some time with people who you truly love. and you do such a wonderful job of writing this! great job, and i can't wait to read the next chapter. too bad they can't honeymoon forever, i don't want the fic to end!
that was great! i love the whole idea of this chapter, and how jim and pam need to explain themselves. great job with the writing - i'm sure i would have confused every single person reading this halfway through!
can't wait for the next one!
that was absolutely adorable. great chapter - well written as always. ill be so sad when you post the last chapter - this has been one of my favorite stories to read and review. fantastic job!
that was so beautiful. i don't want to spoil the perfect flutter of feelings going through my head by writing a long review (i'm greedy - i want the happiness to myself!). amazing story - you've done this so well. great idea for writing this as a beginning! can't wait to read the latest work of yours. if you ever need a beta let me know!
oh my god, that was perfect, adorable, beautiful, and most of all so jim and pam. congrats for such an awesome story. and what's more, you're continuing - an author after my own heart! i'm the biggest fan of multiple chapters, so thank you and i am looking forward to reading! i would offer to beta if you want one, but i think you have everything under control, no typos or anything - great job!
p.s., i love your pen name!
Author's Response: Thank you so much! I am usually so sporadic about posting so I've never used a beta. I would be more than happy to have you take a look for me though before I post the next chapter. I'm writing it as we speak. Niagara got me back in the fan fic mood so I've been writing up a storm today. I have a couple stories to finish so if you're up for the task, let me know!
Nice job with Jim's vows, I think you found the perfect combination of both of our opinions. This turned out great, and email me when you want help with chapter 3. Also, where are you finding the chapter titles? Are they from the song Love You Lately that was played in the promo? Just curious - I really like them!
Author's Response: The titles are actually from "Forever" by Chris Brown. I thought that they were a perfect fit!
Wow, how did I not notice that??? They do fit well, I guess I just didn't have faith that Chris Brown could write mature, realistic and nice sounding lyrics to a song that relate to life. (as you can tell, I'm not the biggest fan of his, but that doesn't really matter. 'Forever' was a good song the way it was used in the Office!)
woo hoo! that was very good. i love the sanity and the sexiness. great job! sorry i have to be so brief. still doing homework. at 10:08. a end somewhere on the horizon...
great job! can't wait for the next chapter - these honeymoon stories are fabulous. just an idea - check out 'the most boring honeymoon ever' for honeymoon week ideas. another great story too.
let me know if you want some beta help - but you seem to do very well on your own. :)
YES! that was absolutely perfection at the level of perfection. that makes no sense, but seriously - amazing job. i love the rings, the tickets the story, your writing, this chapter and all that jazz. adorable ending, by the way.
So happy MTT is working now, too!
absolutely yay! this was so exciting, our first introduction to frank and beans! please keep going, i'd love to see their bio bay excursion. great job with this chapter and i can't wait to read more!
