Today, at work, one of the kids mentioned "Nasty Santa" My boss looked confused. I quickly connected it to Nasty Christmas/Yankee Swap/White Elephant.I got to explain it to my boss, all the while trying not to talk about teapots and ipods.

As soon as I read the card, I knew it would be misinterpretted by Pam. It doesn't mean friendship love. It means real love. Silly Pam.

She realized it. A very realistic way also. Kudos for that. I love that scene.

Bonus kisses for time zones. I think I can support that.

Michael, Michael, Michael. I don't know what to make of that man sometimes. But apparently this is one thing I can make of him. Or about him. Or whatever.

As for Jo being responsible, I'm not sure I really buy it, because it would be much cuter to have Jim just realize his feelings all on his own, but this works too and it worked out really well for my story.

Yes! A Holly story!

I like how you write her. That she knows in some ways that its silly, they were only together 2 weeks before she left, but it hurts more than it should. Because they really were oddly right for each other.

 'Ha ha, that's kind of cute right now, but I hope you're not this weird all the time.'

That sounds exactly like Michael, just FYI.

Okay, the line pretty sure its illegal to marry your sister took me right out of the story. Because I honestly was just looking over my genetics notes, and we spent a whole day examining marriage laws and the genetic reasons behind them. I also can tell you its illegal (at least in SC), for a man to marry his mother in law. Even though there is no genetic basis for it.
Really, I would say that's pathetic, but every single class I was in, I related to The Office. So, its just... normal for me now.

Oh yeah, and its totally great they got married :). Because that would be the best Christmas present of all time if that happened on the show. (except then I would feel so gypped!)

I always walk to work (helps that most days I work less than a mile away). Its been bitter cold out a few of these days, and my boss always is shocked that I walked there, even when its freezing cold, and I've got jackets and gloves and such on. I told her my car wouldn't even warm up by the time I drove there. Wasn't worth it.
I'm not a fan of cold at all.

I never noticed the love for the number 6 before.

I clean my purse every single time I use it. I so rarely use it, so, if I do, I immediately empty it. I honestly can't remember the last time I actually used my purse. I wanna say Christmas shopping, but I can't be certain.

And order is very important. I'm too similar to Angela for my own good.

Hmm, Jim Halpert vs Obama. Not sure who I would vote for then....

Jim's job is my job now. It is a ton of fun. I love working with my kids. I have all my gifts my kids give me. From fake jewels to sand art, to drawings scribbled by a two year old. All of them.

Michael put the candy in his mouth. *sigh* Michael is just a big kid. Because yes, my kids do that. Well, today, one tried to eat a napkin.
