Why do I feel like I need to write a REALLY long review for you, Em? LOL. This story is adorable...and I can totally see Jim and Pam doing almost all of these things...the chalk one especially, but I can even see Pam making Jim skip somewhere just for the heck of it. One of the best parts of their relationship is that they can find joy and laughter together in the innocent way a couple little kids would....I totally hope we see lots of that in S4!

Aww. Yay! Any review makes me smile! Yes, the chalk one was written after I spent the day playing with chalk. And I sat in it. And then wound up with a very colorful butt. And the skipping was because I was babysitting once, and we had to walk .8 of a mile, and for little 6 year olds, and 3 year olds it is a VERY long distance, so we skipped home. I think we all looked like dorks, but it got us home faster and with minimal complaining.
I can't wait for season four. I hope it is a lot fluffier and friendly than season three. Just them having fun and pranks and more fun. :)

I'm not a big fan of the "Karen is devastated by the breakup with Jim" theory, mostly because I really think she'll be relieved to be rid of his emo slackerness. However, Kelly could conceivably go completely ballistic on Ryan, and I am loving what you are doing with her campaign of revenge. The bit with Stanley is perfect, and now you have me hoping that Canon Kelly does something similar.
I don't know how you do it. I now absolutely adore Andy/Kelly. You are a genius.

I mean, Jim would totally be too freaked to ask a girl to do.....well, anything ass related. And, Roy? Well, I bet he also has a copy of Grand Theft Anal, except he didn't keep it in a Tupperware container under the bed, he probably left it out on the shelf next to Pam's copy of the Princess Bride.
Yes! This is totally something that Roy was probably completely open out! "Here is my girlfriend, here is our porn," because it was totally THEIR porn.
Oh, how frightening. My cautionary warnings about standing up shower sex became a fic unto themselves!
I guess I'll save face by pointing out that it's a great, funny, sweet story! So, there's that.

And, there seemed to be a new That Kid every year in my school. And, invariably, That Kid would develop an INSANE crush on me. And no other boy would. That kind of sucked, being That Kid's love interest. I ran and hid a lot. Oh, god. I was "That Girl." and not in a sassy, Marlo Thomas kind of way. Sigh.
Yes, classes changed, so most of us have more than one Kid in our past.
The one I really remember is from kindergarten or first grade. The first time I ever heard my mom swear ("You damn kid!") was when that kid pushed my brother who had a lollypop in his mouth. And, yeah, that boy really liked me, too. Isn't it great to be a weirdo-magnet? Is 'great' the right word? No. No, it is not.

I am loving the story, even when I didn't see where it was going.....of course, I'm happier plot-wise after the "twist," but I still commend you for the excellent writing in the first few chapters...and even if the "twist" hadn't happened, it would have still been an excellent story. Well done.

While MTT was down for a brief time one night, I wrote a couple 55 word fics in the TWOP thread about Jim and Pam reading fanfic. I will likely continue this as a long running series, referencing my favorite stories and also newer stories as they come about.

You have such a gift for just getting these characters in such a believable way....and then you show them in situations that we can only guess at....(read: naked) You rock my world, girlie.
4 Way back in April, I wrote this for fun. It's about my favorite reviewers from Girly-Girl. Everything everyone says is taken literally from their own reviews* (albeit taken completely out of context). Oddly enough, Jim remains dressed throughout the story.
*Except poor LisaHoo... I just kept adding stuff to her comments because, well, she rocks!
This is an excellent story, very funny. I think you have some character issues with this "MaybeOnce" person, though. Surely, nobody is THAT drunk and obnoxious, right?
