So lovely. I like that you incorporated the crew into this story. Pam did look on the verge of tears when Jim closed the door. This was just so heartfelt. A great companion for the episode! :)

Thank you! When she asked, "What was the question?", I immediately exclaimed to my husband, "Oh my god- she's about to cry!" It really struck me as perfect - because she repressed so much for so long, and even after she took such brave steps toward independence, she wasn't really able to express herself. So that final talking head was particularly poignant.

Post finale Jim/Pam. That's all I can say without spoiling people. Yes! I just hope their first date is that sweet. This was so good. Just what I felt like reading.
Drabbleish thing set after the finale. Like, right after. Pure fluffiness.Awww... I love that they're being cute yet awkward with one another. This feels just right in tone. I am going to love this summer of first date stories!
They will have a bedroom with red walls and deep blue sheets, and the last thing they will do every night before falling asleep is to laugh at a private joke only they would understand.
An odd little peice I wrote post-The Job.
That was a sweet story! I really like this sentence, "When he looks at her, he sees faint possibilities and a thousand reasons why things should not have worked. When she looks at him, she thinks of peripheral vision and all the things she could have missed." That describes their relationship quite well. :)

I think you did a great job with this! It feels very natural, and I like that they're having a normal conversation even if they might be feeling a bit awkward. I like that they didn't go all schmoopy on each other or anything. :)
That was very cute. I think you did a good job. The pace of your dialogue was very good. You had a few verb tense switches and some little things like "Giving him a disdaining look" (it should be disdainful look), but those were small things. well done.
That was a nice little moment between them. :) Indeed, it was so much that Pam had to stay put for a moment.

I really like your explanation for Jim returning alone to Scranton:
She laughed bitterly and replied, "If you think that I am going to sit in a car with you for two and a half hours, you are... Just go, Jim. I'll find my own way back to Scranton."
"Karen, I can't just leave you here."
She turned and said, "You already have."
I think it is totally plausible she wanted nothing to do with him and she knew the whole drive would turn into a giant fight that would not resolve anything. Good job!
She can’t help but feel like it’s a good sign; a step in the right direction. Set post-The Job.We're getting such great post-finale stories and this is one of them. That was just all around lovely. It just felt like them. The little attentions, the easy conversation despite the distance from the last year. The date at Burger King in the ball pit: very funny!
Oh, I hadn't heard that song in a long time...good choice! They're six instances of courage or folly; I'm not quite sure which! LOL I thought you picked perfect moments for each character that would have seemed a momentous accomplishment in terms of facing their fears. Very interesting read. :)

I don’t get to kiss you again until our second date, which is three weeks after our first date, which is a year and a half after our other first date.
I enjoyed the awkwardness of it all. And Karen calling in the middle of their first date to give Jim a piece of her mind feels totally realistic! I loved this: I kiss you again and decide even if my heart does explode; it will totally be worth it.

Three years have passed since Pam left Scranton for New York, and Jim is still very much on her mind. Will a work-related trip to Rome, Italy be the catalyst that reunites Pam with Jim once and for all?

This was an awesome chapter! References to the Coliseum (which impressed me so much in real life, although one of my most distinct memories of seeing it was the crazy number of cats that lived in it! LOL) & to Roman Holiday, one of the best movies ever. But Karen found the ring! Ack.

26 Begun out of hiatus frustration as an exploration of what we might miss of Jim and Pam's newfound romance, this has grown into something unique and cool, a multi-authored exercise in creativity and obsession.

Sometimes Pam things that Jim is a little bit too gentle with her.
I'm marking that it's complete even though I left room for more if I get the urge at some point (which I probably will).
That's an interesting idea that Jim might be too deferential and too careful with Pam to a point where it would become annoying to her. In a way, it is patronizing and she is not satisfied, both in bed and in tons of other ways. I don't think he is necessarily a tool for it; he just doesn't get it.

17 Our favorite Dunder Mifflin women find out some big news.This is such a cool story. You were able to capture the voices of all the characters very well and I love the talking heads with the fathers at the end of each chapter. Excellent job! :)
Pam hates weddings (and organza). That was such a great first story to our little fandom. I think you did a great job of capturing the character, even sulky, passive-aggressive Pam. Wreath of beets! Hee.

Thank you! This is why I have no "shark jumping" fears about them being together on the show- there is humor and drama and sweetness inherent in their relationship, and it doesn't have to be will-they-won't-they to keep it interesting. Life is about small little moments that gather around the bigger moments, right? Thank you so much, again.
