Michael’s leaning forward on his elbows, staring at her across his desk. “That was definitely heroic and, if I may say so, romantical of you. Well done.” While he shoots her what is meant to be a congratulatory grin, Pam stares down at the teal glass shards in her laps, still clutching the ice pack, trying desperately to pretend that the tears have stopped.

Great chapter. I especially loved the talk on the roof and how Pam repeated Jim's words back to him ("Come on...I don't want to do that. I wanna be more than that.") Looking forward to seeing what happens next!

“God, Jim. There’s been an…there was an accident and…Roy came back and he got upset and…God, he shot Della Jim, Roy shot her.” And suddenly Jim’s not even breathing.
Just wanted to say that I really loved this fic. The ending especially was great with how it was six months later (giving them all time to adjust) and there was still the slight misunderstanding that Jim and Pam are apt to have (where she thought he didn't want her and he thought she needed space). Good job writing!

Beautiful story so far. You've written so many little Jam moments that I could picture actually happening (well, if Jim and Pam weren't so angsty). Cute and sexy and funny all rolled into one. Great writing!
Member's Choice - “My father died, so I’ll need a few days.” She explained in an unaffected sounding voice that surprised even herself. The three other parties in the room were stunned into silence. Jim spoke first. “Jesus, Pam…” She stood with her back to him and addressed Michael as if Jim had not made a sound…as if Jim did not exist. It was the only way.
Great new chapter. I'm loving this story and how Jim is finally being jolted out of his frozen nature towards Pam and returning to normal Jim. Also, Hey There Delilah is also used in one of my fav Jam videos on YouTube, so it made me smile when you used those lyrics.
