This picks up pre-merger and is spoiler free, a bit AU as well.  I began this back in October (maybe even September), and obviously the show has deviated quite a bit from what I speculated here.

This begins with angst, but there is a great deal of fluff, steam, smut, and silly...for several, several chapters.  My idea was to go beyond the happy ending, so to speak.

I just found this story and read it all the way through. AMAZING! I'd been looking for some good JAM fluff after watching the finale, and boy, this story delivered! :) Your Jim and Pam are perfect- so spot on and not too flawless or flawed. I loved the chapters about the office finding out about them, and Pam comforting Roy, and meeting their families....sigh, just made me so happy to read! I think I read fanfic to see those extended happy moments that you wont see on TV because it's not particularly dramatic, so I'm so glad you had some great fluff at the end. Definitely one of my favorite JAM stories ever!

First: Your username made me cackle for some reason. :o) Second: I have to say that I'm always thrilled to death when somebody mentions in a review that they just stumbled on the story and read most of it in a sitting -- for one thing, I posted it so long ago that I'm amazed (and, as I said, absolutely THRILLED) that people are still reading it!

I've been lurking for a while now, but I had to register to tell you how completely amazing that chapter was! There have been so many different scenarios for how Pam finally reveals her feelings to Jim... and this one was just perfect, in so many ways. Just wonderful.

AHHHHH. I'm dying right here! This story is so so good- and it's full of just the right amount of tension, awe, anticipation, fear....my god, stories like these make me feel like I'm sitting right next to Jim and Pam, completely invested in their (fictional!) future. And each chapter keeps getting more amazingly tension-filled, I can't imagine any more happening between Jim and Pam without them getting together, and yet you keep delivering! :) But please, will you create a happy ending soon? I think I will cry if Pam kisses Jim and then regrets her actions and falls back to Roy. How soon can a year-long revelation happen here?
