Jim finds advice in an unexpected place.
Written for the 2022 Christmas story exchange.
She is used to the cold, really. She is. Yet she would rather live in his warmth even if for just a little while.
Small little story with a season three backdrop. There is, of course, a happy ending.
A peak inside the date Jim and Pam had after the end of season 3 (We were robbed!!)
cross posted on ao3
a 55 word poem based off of the lovely poem titled “the wait” by richard brautigan.
"This morning, phone guy comes in, and he shows Michael that our phones have a PA function... and then he just, left..."
The only thought fixed in his mind is how easy he and Pam have landed into that comforting, exciting place of banter and pranks and how he never ever wants to leave it again.
Pam is jinxed and Jim knows he has to take this chance.
Set during season 3.
The crew that is going to film them around the office has arrived and Jim realizes things are going to change... and he has to do something about it.
Season 1, episode 1
My submission to the 2018 Halloween contest!
Dwight has a haunted corn maze at Schrute Farms -- Jim and Pam decide to check it out. Set somewhere either pre-cameras or s1, not quite AU but not episode related either.
Get Jim and Pam together or apart in 55 words.
After a crappy five-year reunion of your high school graduating class, Ryan coerced you into coming to his apartment, taking shots, and playing Star Fox 64. Normally you could flatten Ryan no problem—you still had the high score, even though you hadn’t played on his console or cartridge in about four years. And normally, you get to Venom with no problem.
But maybe the shots were making you see double—you only remember four members in Star Wolf, not the six or eight or whatever that kept flashing across the screen. And the somersaults—you began to think “What the heck?” along with Wolf as you desperately oriented yourself after each one. And whenever you face Star Wolf, there are a crap ton of somersaults.
This is a “what if” situation that takes place during S3E16: Business School. It begins the day before this episode, on Valentine’s Day 2007, and ends at Pam’s art show the following night. What might have happened if Pam actually married Roy on the wedding date he set on the Booze Cruise (June 10, 2006)? This fanfic finds out.
