I love writing, reviewing. In terms of reviewing - yes, I go back and read old stories. Sometimes really old. It is fun. Yes, I leave um, interesting reviews. Hopefully you like them. If not, tell me to shut up.

I am willing to beta. I can't promise a lot of grammar comments, but I can tell you what I like, don't like, and if something doesn't sound right to me. Feel free to contact me. I don't bite and fanfic is my life.

That's right! Pam never experienced the Michael-Holly love first hand! How crazy is that. She missed her boss being the most normal he ever has been.

And darn. I want more. Write faster please. I may also have to go watch some Brady Bunch. All I know about it is "Marcia Marcia Marcia!"

Author's Response:

I KNOW.  So weird.

Writing as fast as I can.

And way to rub your age in my face Em. :P Whippersnapper. LOL!  Not that I ever watched The Brady Bunch in first-run episodes either.

Thanksgiving is always on a Thursday. Why haven't we had a Thanksgiving episode yet? I'm not doing anything exciting tonight, I'm willing to sit in front of my TV and watch TO... well, I probably will do that anyways, but it'll be repeats

The smell of popcorn drives me insane. I don't even really like the stuff, but the smell, it makes me want it. I love it. I was so proud, on Monday, we made the kids popcorn and I didn't even have a single kernel. Just went near crazy off the smell.

Friends Thanksgivings rule. I may do a Friends Thanksgiving marathon instead. Show NBC. Watch old series of theirs instead of new series. That'll teach em.

Its the first thanksgiving as an engaged couple. That makes me too happy. I know they aren't real, but man, I don't care!!!

Author's Response: Oh Em - LOL! I've missed your reviews.  You crack me up.  I'm proud of you too, love Friend's Thanksgiving episodes and they make me happy too (a little bit too much for a fictional couple).  Thanks so much for the review!

I feel like I'm still digesting Thanksgiving. So, this works.
(okay, technically that's a lie, but I'm still excited about the ending!)

Psst - don't tell my mom, but I was thankful for spoilers and that Jim and Pam were engaged..... and my cute dog. But I lied at dinner and said I was thankful for stupid things like family and friends. (I guess Jim and Pam are friends. The fictional friends, but it works).

And Lief Ericson Day? Can I get off of work for that?

He's calling Holly. That makes my heart happy.

And iPod inspection before marriage? Eeek.... I've got quite a few embarrasing songs on my iPod. I mean, Veggietales... Disney.... and well, way to many Office quotes than is healthy.

Oh, better late than never. This just was great.

Author's Response:

I was thankful to be sitting next to my 11 yr old cousin - but I made him say that he was thankful to be sitting next to me so I felt I needed to return the favor.  First though he said he was thankful for food.

Leif Ericson Day is October 9th in case you are interested.  Try to get off next year. :)

Yay for Michael calling Holly and for embarassing iPod songs.  Don't worry we all have them.  And thanks so much for the review!

Summary: It made the pit of her stomach flip a little, to think about their first Christmas together in their own house that was both of theirs.

"Normal, but still exciting and fresh"
I think that is exactly the way it would feel. It seems such a contradictory feeling, but, it makes perfect sense and is so relatable.

My brother moved out into his own apartment. We gave him a tree and a ton of decorations. Needless to say, when we went over there, we were disappointed that it was all still in boxes and his apartment looked more like the grinch's than anything else.

Don't worry Pam. I have the bigger issue. I'm getting giddy thinking about it!

This just makes me happy. I'm just smiling like a fool now!

Laurie! Little Women is, by far, my favorite of the classics. I reread it all the time, and still cry every. single. time!

I really can't believe how long its been since my baby was 11 months. It was only the summer, but she's grown up so much since then!

I'm gonna have quiche for the first time this week. I'm a bit hesitant, it always looks a bit weird, but I'm gonna make it and try it out!

The ability to speak child/adult is important. Also important, the ability to speak over 10 screaming kids.

I've never gotten squirted by boys. The littlest ones have always been girls, I start the boys a bit older I guess. That's an experience I am fine with not having.

Share and no grabbing. Kids never learn those. I've got 10 year olds who seem to forget them.

Their actions are closer to a 13-15 month old, than an 11 month old, but really, cute babies make my heart melt!

Wait? Complaining about 85 degree heat? I'd eat it up. Probably also since our Indian summers flirt with triple degrees, but also, I'm a summer girl, and 55 is freezing cold to me!

Author's Response: I\'m a Northeastern gal. Anything above 75 makes me crazy. Of course, I moved to the South earlier this year, so summer was a blast.

You know you have kids when silence is suspicious, not comforting.

I love that full names have such an effect on kids. All kids know that that means business. And if you add in the middle name, its like, instant.

Pam is broken!

Sleeping kids make everything alright. No matter how michievious they've been you get them in bed, and they look so darn cute, its impossible not to love them.

Ya know, I'm writing a story about Jim leaving his iPod with Pam... a totally separate situation, and a totally different plot. But, I was laughing because it was the same thing - it was an accident, Pam almost gives it to him when she notices, but decides against it like that. But mine has Jim driving Pam home. So totally different, hehe.
I really should work and finish that story...

I love Jim's house. It feels so "Jimish"
Don't tell Pam, but I tend to imagine Jim the same way. Fully clothed, in the breakroom, laughing. Or leaning over Pam's desk, laughing. I guess I like him laughing. Or smiling. The smile makes me melt.

You wanna hear my freckle story? Well, you don't really have a choice (I guess you could stop reading, but I'll pretend you won't).
I have like 10 freckles total on my body. Five are on my upper arm, four forming a square, and one right in the center, just like the dots on a dice.
And I just love those five little freckles. Its pathetic of me, but it makes my freckles feel special. I mean, I don't have a guy who can imagine what they taste like, so I'll just take my freckles in weird shapes to make me special.

Author's Response: Glad you're finding so much to relate to here Emily...iPod fics, freckles, fully clothed Jim fantasies ;-) And thanks for the feedback!

I like quirky guys. Also smart guys. Smart CPR instructor guys. That aren't jerks who make my heart hurt. Man, I need a new crush.

S3 Jim wasn't a real Jim. S3 Jim was.... well, S3 Jim and it was just too odd and sad and not cool. I like S4 and S5 Jim better.

Author's Response: Smart CPR instructor guys? There's  a metaphor in there somewhere, Emily ;-) Thanks again!

Lalalala, Jim has freckles,Pam likes them. I skimmed most of the rest in this chapter. But still, antedote enough, Karen's gone and that makes me happy.

I never quite got the constellations either. It totally confused me, and I always wanted to draw my own. Sort of my own personal connect the dots.

No wonder I failed that astronomy course....

Author's Response: Thanks? Sorry to hear about astronomy....

Haha, wow, okay, I totally love the engaged conversation. Brilliantly awesome!

Oooh, when my friend got married the priest flubbed his lines. However, the groom correctly remembered the name of the girl he was marrying. I think Jim's gonna be safe. They're getting married!!!

I hope the kids have freckles. I also want them to be like minuature Jim and Pams, but in some awesome noncreepy weird combination. They're gonna get married and have kids.... :D

Author's Response: Glad you liked their conversation, Emily....many thanks!

Its a Christmas nqllisi story! Doesn't that just up the awesome factor?

Know what I love? How you paint the scene. Like I can just see Pam at the table, drawing. And the Christmas lights. Its such a gorgeous scene.

She is beautiful, and I'm  no where close to as biased as Jim is. (about pam or his daughter!)

It's not Pam at the table! It's his daughter! And now I kind of love it even more, and my heart is smiling and damn you and your cute happy stories! I don't know why I'm damning you, because it makes me happy, but... man, so cute and happy and sweet (and now I can see his cute daughter at the table also, and awwww!)

Author's Response: Thank you! I know, I'm unbelieveably sappy, but I can't help it. Christmas and kids and all that just make me a big pile of mush. I'm glad you enjoyed this! (And I'll try to keep the awesome at a maximum as much as possible!). Thank you again!

"It would take over half my savings to spend a single week there."
And that is why I haven't gone (yet). Not having to run away from any wedding, so keeping my savings seems like a good idea.

Pam, how can you not know! He can't watch you get married, he just can't. Yes it is because Roy is wrong for you. Because of what that means. You are spending your life with someone who is wrong for you just because Mr Wrong had the dumb luck to meet you first!

I'm gonna come right out and say it. I'm a horrible truth and dare player. Worst in the world. I hate the truth, so I always lie, and I'm too much of a scared little girl to ever do any of the real dares - so I never pick them. Plus, my questions or dares were always pathetic little ones like "do you ever stay up past bedtime" or "go kiss the poster on your wall"
True story.

God, this was great. So glad friend made me read it. Totally worth it. Painful, but the good kind. The kind that makes you happy they've worked it out now, but still look back on those days... I really don't know what I'm saying besides the fact I enjoyed it. I'm gonna go off in my own head where I make sense (most of the time).

Author's Response: Oh, God, so am I. Though I did manage to get myself kissed by an adorable boy during a game of Truth or Dare when I was 13. And I didn\'t even have a mistletoe! Thanks for your kind review (and thanks to your friend for foisting my writing on you).

This makes S3 worth it. I know, I know, that Pam needed S3 to grow, to really realize what she wanted out of life (not just realizing she didn't want Roy, but what she wanted, not what she didn't want).... but, it still hurt. But, this is possibly what it would be like if it didn't happen. And I wouldn't like that.

(oh, and in case it wasn't clear, I liked the story!)
