I think this is a great start so far! My only piece of advice would be to proof read a bit more before you publish, just so you can catch the tiny stuff, like Jon using Pam's name more than once in a sentence (unless that was on purpose! :)) But aside from that, you have really great dialog and I'll be following this one to see where it goes!
