I reread the whole think and just loved it. Pam's reaction and emotions are so realistic and heartfelt. I especially loved how she wanted to kill Ryan for what he said. Thank you again for this. I'm looking forward to the epilogue.

This was a great update. I loved that Pam had a nice relationship with Roy's mom. I would love any character you have them run into.

I though didn't go that route with my boys with the drinking route. I trust Jim knew his daughter and that was the right way to go with her. Not all kids have the sense or strength to always do the right thing at 15. I can't wait for more.
Author's Response: Very true, indeed! Some teenagers are just flat out idiots. This route seemed to be the right one for Cece. Yes, she has her teenage tantrums and she's far from perfect, but I think Jim and Pam's girl would have a good head on her shoulders.

Is it wrong that I hope there was some secret first date scene filmed and it will be a bonus on the complete series DVD once the show ends? Author's Response: I'm so glad you think so. Originally, I had a vision of the two of them having a screaming fight leading to storming off and grabbing and forceful kisses of rage and passion. And while that's a good visual, when I sat down to write it, that part just wouldn't happen. It didn't feel like them at all. So if the way the chapter turned out actually did resonate and seem true to character, I'm grateful to know it.
I must apologize for not reviewing sooner. I will try to be more consistent. Another chapter that I loved. It's not easy to admit and understand that sometimes the road to hapiness is what is needed to appreciate what you have. I love that you did that here.
Sorry it took me so long to review this latest update. No problems at all with your past and present tense. I loved your version of the break-up. I feel bad that I didn't feel worse for Karen. Probably because she was always just an obstacle for me. You did a great job though of making it seem so real. I hope we get more soon!
