You guys will be overseeing four categories also, Missing Moments, Post Episode, AU, and Other Pairings.
I will leave it up to you guys to come to a conclusion how you want attack the whole quality control issue, but I think the best way might just be to rely on the ratings from yourselves, and act accordingly.
Our first challenge was issued, and we already have two fantastic responses aleady, so check them out!!

I love this new category organization. I think it will work well! And those blocks are great. May I say that those challenges are great because it even inspired me to write new fics and attempt to ressucitate old ones I had left for dead on my hard drive!

yea that site info was pretty lame. i just spent the past hour trying to find which php file i needed to edit and it was on the admin panel the whole time. me=lame!

Yay, it looks much better with the blocks. I love the challenges too - it broke my recent writers block.
