Really loving Pam get into thus discussion with Jim and Larissa. Seeing a different side of Jim was fun for her. Same with getting involved in what us essentially the fantasy version of Pooh sticks. Tons of great fun in here. Another point of reference for Pam that she gets on so much better with Jim as opposed to Roy.

Author's Response: It's always important to build things up slowly in this time of her life--I don't think she'd be ready for a rapid change, until forced, so it's about building brick by brick to realization.
