Damn straight he prefers understated. Heh. Nice work again!

Pam and Jim make my heart and head hurt.
I love the ellipsis, in those last few lines; she doesn't have an answer, she's still lost, but she doesn't have anyone to talk it over with, even though she has some friends...I'll admit I was mildly disappointed with the JAM in Gay Witch Hunt, but it makes sense, and I love the show more, and I feel so, so bad for Pam - especially Christmas for her? Will you be covering episodes from the third season?
They're really packing it in hard on us.
I can't wait for more, though. =P

And I’d sort of kill to be drowning again
Beautiful. There is nothing about these drabbles that I don't love.

Oh, picturisations, dry land. Oh, Jim. Oh, mention of Dwight that's completely in-character. I love how the chapter opens and finishes, Jim is one messed-up guy, and he needs a life-saver, big time.
I'm in a good mood and have been since I realised this means there will be more chapters in the future! Good news - nay, great news! Can't wait for more. =D

This is so beautiful and I love it so far. I love how every short sentence has so much meaning.

Possibly one of the greatest, most brilliant, most lovely, most awesomely-written stories I've read in recent times.
I freaking love the way you've written it, as the PaminHerDad'sTruck disappears and brings out PamintheBlueDress, how it's only Jim who brings out the PaminHerDad'Truck, how she's losing herself, how she realises there's a world of dreams between her and the guy she thought she needed to love and was meant to love, how that world the GuyintheParkingLotwiththeGoofyGrinandtheEyesandtheLooks offered to her - this moment of realisation was beautifully captured in the way she slides off her ring and feels weight fall away - she's breaking free.
Can I say that I adored this? I loved this? I think it's brilliant? And
And then he kissed her, no, she kissed him, no...they kissed made me sniff and smile at the same time.
I don't think I can possibly articulate what else I love about this, because oops, I think this is already longer than the story itself. =P Brilliant job, though; you deserve more reviews.

Oh, this is like that Lite Cream Cheese you can buy; it's just as heavenly, but it's just...Lite. This is poetical. ;D Very nice!

Oh, that was lovely. I love the distinction between Pam the girl and Pam the woman, and the obvious difficulty she has in accepting that she isn't the girl anymore.
