I so hope Pam confronts Jim soon but I'm thinking all I am see is her confronting him in fanfic only.  Continue the fantasy

Hey, coincidence--Sometimes I get mad at Jim too! Like really mad. I love him, but I blame him more than Pam in this whole situation. I'm really interested to see what you have him doing and thinking in the next chapter though.

As for this chapter, so much of it was so good. I'm going to bore you now by quoting you back to you:

“No, I left with him after he paid attention to me for two hours.” Her own voice was sad. She knew how pathetic it was, but she didn’t feel like lying to him about it.

Oh. Ouch. So true though.

“Do you even know what that felt like, watching you hold his hand and just walk out like that?”

“Yeah,” she said, “I think I probably do.”

Again, ouch. I like the idea that you were exploring here. Pam knows exactly how painful it was for her when Jim told her he loved her but she was with someone else. She wants to spare him that pain. But she's still mad because she's trying to do the right thing and he's being cold to her.

Basically I think you rock. Can't wait for Jim's chapter!
