I love this one. It is the rare short good fic that I don't even want more of because I think it hits its key moment at the right moment and it is just perfect as is.

Good job, Jim. One of the issues I have with purely canon Jim is how either passive or assholish he is about Pam during this point of the arc. I like this version better.

oh my goodness. that's so intense! i really liked it, and i think you did a FANTASTIC job with getting describing her emotions, roy's actions, and everything. a great chapter, and it seemed really realistic - just thought you might like to know.

I had some time this morning so I decided to read some of your previous stuff. I loved this story so much...GUH! I loved how Jim held his ground with Karen, and the ER waiting room scene was gold.
Brava.
PS Oh yeah - fabric softner and milk in the hot chocolate - what a killer combination in a man. Irresistable.

I loved this! It was perfect! The last line just had me grinning to no end. Great job!
"I’m not sorry Roy’s here in the hospital......actually I’m pretty pissed he fell down because I really wanted to hit him…and it just seemed wrong to do it once he was already lying there…”
PERFECT!

I loved every second of this! You struck the perfect balance between angst and hope- making me nervous like "oh no! don't stay at the party with that hussy Karen!" while giving subtle hints that JAM will conquer all. *sigh* Gold stars all around! :)

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHhhhhmazing. This line here:
"actually I’m pretty pissed he fell down because I really wanted to hit him…and it just seemed wrong to do it once he was already lying there…”
Made me smile this huge goofy grin, because I love imagining Jim saying this. I am completely enamoured with this fic. Thank you!
Author's Response: Hehehe, thanks Shan! And thank you so much for the reccomendation over at Twop!!! My story is over now...and it's up to you to have Jim get some hits in! :-)

That was absolutely the best line! I'm loving this story and I really hope you'll continue it
Author's Response: hahah! Jim wanting to get a little violent! Yep....one of these days I'll have to write something where he DOES actually get a couple of licks in!

Best way for them to break-up that I've read yet. I totally loved this part:
"Karen sighed in relief. “Thank you. Thank you for seeing reason.
“Oh no…I – I’m still going.”
Author's Response: HA! In your FACE Filipelli! lol. Thanks for the feedback!!!

Great job. Love that Jim had to come see Pam even though Karen didn't want him to and that Jim & Pam were finally honest with each other. I love happy endings.
Author's Response: Ha! Take THAT Karen! lol. It was so much fun writing Pam and Jim finally getting together. Thanks a bunch for the feedback!

Aw this is too great! Are you writing more? Cause I'd love to see more!!
Author's Response: Sorry, that's the end of the story. It was a lot of fun to write something different than I usually do. Hopefully I'll be updating one of my other stories soon though. Thanks so much for your great feedback and encouragement!

Hooray! Thanks for this.
I love when Jim admits he's sorry that Roy fell, because Jim really wanted to hit him...
Author's Response: hahaha! A part of me wishes I could go back and have Jim whack him one.
