Ok, i have been busy lately and haven't had as much time to read fanfic, but I saw this story and I just had to read it! It has not disappointed me yet and I don't think it will. I just love this story, now I am going to check this site every 2 seconds to see if you have updated yet! I can't wait!!

Man, Jim trying not to react to Pam's (Pam's) rising hemline was incredibly sexy. As was Jim trying to quash the tenderness that appeared after seeing her photographs (including ones of him.) It all adds up to the feeling of inching up the giant hill of a rollercoaster...it feels like we're right at the top where you stop momentarily before plunging into...everything.
Awesome. Can't wait for more!

This will really be a fic full of homage (so far 30 rock, the injury) anticipate some anchorman action at some point.
I think (or at least I should) that if Karen were in that situation she would literally be flattered enough by Jim's desire to 'make it work' that she would overlook the fact that her pseudo boyfriend was going over to the love of his life's house to...you know.

Okay, gotta say - there's something insanely hot about the idea of him going over to her apt. specifically to do...what they're going to do (do I see the rating going to MA, perhaps?) And Karen's being relatively down with it? Yes, kind of surreal...yet maybe the good thing about the show leaving her character so vague (kind of a cypher, I think) is that I can suspend disbelief and accept her not freaking out. Really looking forward to the next chapter - soon, I hope?

Ouch. Of course Pam overheard that. And even though everything he says is a) intended to reassure Karen, and b) probably perfectly reasonable (the bit about having built it up in his mind to a point it cannot possibly live up to) and something he BELIEVES -- it would still be crushing for Pam to hear him say that the real Pam is just ordinary and nothing special (certainly the way I'd take it if I were in Pam's shoes.) Especially this bit (to Karen):"You're probably the best thing that's ever happened to me, I mean you're beautiful and brilliant..." implying that Pam ISN'T any of those things.
The fact that WE know (hope) he's completely deluded softens the blow a bit, but still. Poor Pam. *hugs her*
