Hi, I know how hard it is to update stories like this. I wrote one myself for another tv show and it took me forever to get finished. Reviews always helped modivate me, so I thought I'd give you another. I love this story. It's incredible and heart-breaking. I won't ask you to update soon, just to please update.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR UPDATING! I seriously had been checking everyday just for this story. This update wasn't quite what I was hoping for (more Jim/Pam interaction), but it was still so good. I don't know how you do it, but I'm on the verge of tears with every chapter and I am not a person who cries easily. Jim's interaction with Pam's mom was so good, meaninful on multiple levels. I can't wait to read the next chapter and I really hope we don't have to wait as long. Keep up the amazing work!

I found out about this series from the TWoP boards. Very good! This is the first JAM story that I've seen that tackles such a sensitive subject matter like rape. It is interesting to see how two people who feel for each other like the characters Jim and Pam do, would handle such a situation. I am curious to see how it all will turn out. It's a good read!

Amazing update...definitely not happy or fluffy, but the way you write this extremely sensitive topic with so much depth and personality is amazing to me. I'm so glad that you are updating this again. I hope by the end there's some kind of resolution, because while the angst is great, my heart still hurts for them

You're a really good writer, and this is really painful, but I want to see Pam get through it. I want to see Jim help her with that. This chapter was just so emotional, with Jim breaking down in front of Pam's mom, it made me cry. I can't wait to see what's up next.

Oh Athena, you know I adore this story. It breaks my heart every time, but you do such a wonderful job with it. It was well worth the wait. I think for me, that scene between Jim and Pam's mom was just amazing. When she recounted what happened that night....ugh. I'm glad Jim was able to let it all out with her and cry. I can't imagine what things will be like when he and Pam finally reconnect...................oh and thank God for Mrs. Beesly telling him Pam loves him!

oh. my. god. can't even begin to tell you about all the little small spots that got me right up in my throat and behind my lung. Jesus. And I love love love love where you took this chapter. Like I always do when I love a fic I read from the beginning and the last chapter made me think you were going to go in the direction of jim confronting pam some more but instead he went to pams mom. And oh my god that was just all hurt. The section where he realizes she prolly doesnt know anything else was so perfect. I was actually looking through his eyes at her feeling all those things. I could see through his eyes when they watered. Amazing stuff really. And just the two voices of pam. I know those and you got them so perfectley. It being esier to listen to the second voice and all that. Ok I really just wanted to tell you how amazing you are but I tend to ramble. So um YOU'RE AMAZING!

I'm so glad that you updated. I had started to think we would never get to see more, and that would be too bad, because this is so incredibly well done. I think you are very brave to take this on, and you've done it so respectfully and honestly. I hope that we can see more soon, and I can't wait to see how to handle this going on.

That was totally worth the wait. I loved Jim breaking down with Pam's mom. And I think it is really good that they've connected, and can help Pam together (or at least share stories).

Sorry life has been so crazy for you, but so glad you updated! I can't believe how much I have been looking forward to an update of a Pam rape story but you are addressing it so well. And like so many of the other chapters, this one had me in tears for most of it.
