A fantastic whirlwind through the heavy romantic tension between Jim and Pam during Booze Cruise! One of the many "moments" so obvious that we must accept why they would just as soon brush them under the carpet moments later. Great work!

why you should self pimp, if only through facebook - it gets you a review :D.
god, never has there been 900 painfully well written words... especially not only spanning 27 seconds.
i need to find a way to attach a video to this review, because this (gestures wildly with hands) is what my heart feels like. its like this, and then this, and then its just gah!!!!
what would have happened if they had kissed that night? I mean, whoa, that would have been so different. how could she not kiss him. i mean, its jim! oh pam, pam pam.... you so wanted to. see. you so did.
so amazing.
will reply to your message (eventually)... but when i read it i just had to go find it. and now i am writing a bit also. so yay for that.
Author's Response: Thanks for the review! It's so fun to get a review for something that you wrote so long ago, because I always worry that my older stuff isn't as good, you know? Anyway, thanks again for putting up with me lately! LLOFC members unite!!! ;)

This was really cool!
Author's Response: Thank you! Glad you liked it!

"There are no silences with Roy, just lack of sound." What a great line.
Author's Response: Thanks. I'm really glad you enjoyed it!

The idea of Pam shivering because she's actually thinking about kissing Jim is awesome. I'll never think of that scene in the same way again :)
Author's Response: To be honest part of the inspiration for this story came from a quote I remember hearing Jenna give (can't remember where...) about how during this scene she felt like Pam was thinking "if you try to kiss me now I'm not going to stop you." I just loved that, and I'm still thinking if only he had!!! Thanks for the review!

You know what? I think it is possible to kiss someone without really kissing him. Because it really felt that way in this story. Sigh. So much potential in those two! They need to just jump on that!
Author's Response: Yeah no kidding! Someone should just sit them both down and make them listen to each other for like 30 seconds and then suddenly everything would be solved! Anyways, in the meantime I'd actually be okay with them not being together if it was more a season 2 non-togetherness than a season 3 kind. ;)

Ooh:
That boyish look leaves his face and instead his expression openly admits that he’d do anything to have you right now.
That is exactly what it looked like in the scene. Exactly. Great job!
Author's Response: Thanks! This is quite possibly my favorite Jam scene ever, (including Casino Night!) So, I'm glad you thought it was true to the scene. ;)

These were wonderful. I enjoyed revisiting those sweet, sweet season 2 days.
Author's Response: I know, I love season 2! And I've been so depressed by all the angst lately that I had to go back to that little fantasy world, even though it turned out to be kind of angsty when I got there too. But it was a better kind of angst, you know?

for a while i had no idea what this was about but it intriged me. but the ending is so beautiful. i love it
Author's Response: Thank you! I really appreciate hearing that. :)

Oh, my gosh! "But then suddenly it hits you that you haven't really done all this.
Even with his eyes begging you to believe otherwise, the fact remains." Wow.
You're really taking me back to those 27 seconds. Have you seen this video? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oRKoCOIbmwM
The description is 'A fan video of Jim and Pam from "The Office," set to Prospect Mali's single "The Silence," which was actually written about Jim and Pam.' Check it out.
I'm definitely enjoying this.
Author's Response: That's awesome. I love that there are actual songs written about these guys, because it makes me feel less weird writing stories about them. Not that feeling weird would stop me from doing it...

Wow. Nice. Especially "That boyish look leaves his face and instead his expression openly admits that he’d do anything to have you right now." Go for it, kids.
I don't get the chapter title, but it sounds kinda dirty. Dirty's good, but I'm not sure it quite matches.
Author's Response: You should youtube the song! It's good. Last I checked youtube only had a couple of Chin Up, Chin Up songs, but I know that's one of them. I'd look up the video you recced, but tragically I'm on a school computer and youtube is blocked. :( I definitely want to watch it though because I love, love, love that scene. Thanks for the review!

Mmm love it! And I'll have TGCL and our special story ideas back soon. Work's been crazy busy. Cinco de Mayo is a busy time for restaurants!
Author's Response: Hooray for Cinco de Mayo!! I just had a mini-fiesta with my roomates. We ate fajitas, apple soda, and beer brats. (One of my roomates is from Wisconsin...) And talked about our memories of Mexico. Only most of us had to talk about New Mexico, because we've never actually been to the real one. Anyways, it was good times. Thanks for reviewing! ;)

Nice. I especially like "Lips on yours, insistent, intuitive" and "He's looking at you in a way that's already pulling you there."
Author's Response: Thanks! Glad you liked it!

If only...
and welcome back.
Author's Response: Aw! Thanks Kev, it's good to be back! ;)
