Fantastic. I think a lot of fics forget that Ryan is sort of an asshole or make him only an asshole. You did a wonderful job handling the fact that yeah, he's kind of a dick, but he's also just a guy, doing his best. Thanks for helping us get to know him a little better.
Author's Response: Thank you for your kind review! Yes, I think Ryan is kind of an asshole, but that's not the only part about him, and while I'm not exactly sure what part of me this came from, I'm glad that I was able to bring out a well-rounded character for you!

Wow, this was awesome! Such an interesting, in depth exploration of Ryan's character. He's so conflicted - torn between what he is and the image he wants to show the world, and yet he's still surprisingly laid back about everything, and it just works. Great stuff!
Author's Response: Thank you so much for the kind review! Yeah, I was trying to sort of give off this sense of Ryan being conflicted about what he really wants in life -- yet I think he kind of floats through a lot of stuff he does, so. Yeah.
