I liked this. I'm a sucker for anything Pam POV. I felt so bad for her all through season three. But she came through it much better. I guess it gives us all hope that even the worst times can be useful.

"But his hands fell away from her again along with a great deal of her hope, the last of which was dashed with a stranger’s touch in that parking lot with which she had come to associate nothing but terrible things in her life.
What a perfectly awesome line. I'm sorry I missed this when it was first posted, but I enjoyed reading it tonight. Great job!

This is one of the most beautiful stories here! I love how you describe Pam pushing away her feelings at so many points in their relationship, and then realizing all that she has let slip through her hands. Keep up the excellent work.

I didn't put this in my last review (and I have no idea why since I am basically the biggest fan of ALIAS -- ever!) But, YAY! for the ALIAS mention.
There a quite a few stories on here that have featured my absolute favourite show (not to mention THE OFFICE, itself).
Cass, can we expect anything new soon-ish? :)

Very nice! This brought a smile to my face on this dreary Monday morning. You did a really good job of a slow build, from a little crush to something more. I think the description of Karen chipping away little parts of who he was is so dead on. And this line was so beautiful:
But she was ready to let him go if that’s what he needed, and that was seemingly what brought him back to her with the revelation that he couldn’t let her go.
Sigh :-) Great job!

What a great summation of the entire relationship. My favorite line:
But she was ready to let him go if that’s what he needed, and that was seemingly what brought him back to her with the revelation that he couldn’t let her go.
Really nice job.

This was a wonderful overview of Jim and Pam's history. You touched on so many important moments and tied them together beautifully!

OK, I want to try something. In one word, I am going to convey exactly what I thought this fic was;
INCREDIBLE.
I mean, seriously incredible. Cassandra Mulder, I have been working my way through your fics lately, and I am so glad that I have found yet another author on here that is so in-tune with these two... amazing characters.
I love that every word you write really does connect them. They connect us. They make everything flow so easily and beautifully.
I love that I can read this and actually feel 'the moments' and imagine the expressions on their faces.
Simply INCREDIBLE! (There goes that word again...)
I hope this review has done any justice to this small fic that really means a whole lot more. Incredible...

Author's Response: Thank you so much, Bree, for your lovely feedback. :) That makes slaving over these stories totally worth it. You don't know how much it means to hear that. I'm glad that you enjoyed it, and if I can give back to others some of the joy that Jim and Pam give me, then that is, indeed, incredible. :D
