I was just poking around the site and discovered this little gem. I couldn't stop reading! This is a such a great AU premise, with wonderful descriptions and spot-on characterization. I was completely drawn in by your writing. And you're so close to finishing. Just three or four chapters, right? I hope this encourages you to revisit this soon.

This is a really good read. Stumbled across it yesterday and I spent the better part of the night reading it. The hour-structure is great. It makes me truly feel like time is running out and I cannot wait to see what happens in the last hours.

I was so excited to see you had updated! I watch this every day in my favorites. I re-read the last chapter to familiarize myself with what had happened last and, oh my, how nice it was to get back in their "lives" again with this wonderful chapter. I can't remember when I first started reading this, but every chapter has been well worth the wait and although I hope your next update is sooner, I read it even if it's later. No shunning here. :)

I didn't forget about the story, but just how great it is kind of faded a little, so I had to reread 3:00 to catch myself back up. So good and 4:00 is even better. You made me count on my fingers to see how many hours we have left, but that's kind of irrelevant. If you took away the premise of this story it would still be a really good story. You greased the wheel, now keep going. Please?

Okay, let's just get to the laundry list of awesome things about this chapter:
1. "Do you always use that much tongue?" - SMORT. I've always loved that line. I'm glad you kept it.
2. "I love this new game we're playing." Me too. :D
3. The whole "curling pinkies around each other" thing. *barfs rainbows of happiness* (Seriously, though, it's a fantastic and subtle image that reverberates so loudly).
4. "I just... kind of want to get out of this car." Oh, the urgency... ;)
Once again, a triumph! Could not be happier about this update. Let's keep the momentum going, shall we? Okay, good.

As if you were ever shunned, Wendy : ) You can't ditch me that easily. I'm loving this story more than ever because of little tidbits like this: “Do you blame me?” There’s a darkness to my voice that should surprise us both, but after all that’s happened today, I don’t think much surprises us anymore. Even still, the slow shake of her head, and all the implications it holds, is enough to send chills all along my back. Yowza.
