This was adorable on so many levels, and it filled my heart with joy! Kevin was brilliant (I love him anyway, and was thrilled with his role in the premiere). Jim and Pam... I don't know what to say that hasn't already been said, but I adored this so much.

Oh, I love everything about this. Jim's shyness at wanting to be old-fashioned because he would, and them discussing work, and KEVIN (who was a genuis in that episode, btw). Hee, just wonderful. I can completely see this happening pre-Fun Run. Awesome job. :)

Fill in the blanks fanfic! Yes!!! This is a great story, and a totally plausible way things might have come about. :) This part is so perfectly Jim, I can hear him and picture it so well:
“Maybe,” he admits, suddenly looking embarrassed. “But, I don’t know. I feel like I should properly…ask you. Which is stupid, I know.”
This is different from every other relationship he’s ever been in. He wasn’t sure of himself with Pam sometimes, and he just wants things to be perfect. The fact this is the shot he’d been waiting for for years does not help ease his nerves much. He feels her watching him, and he eventually offers a sheepish smile."
