Stablergirl, imagine my joy at seeing all these new chapters this morning! This story is so...cool. It's original, fun, frustrating--all those things. I love the love/hate relationship between Jim and Pam since it's something we never see. I love how Jim and Roy are friends, how Michael has a clue, how Toby isn't such a sadsack, etc., etc. What a treat this is. By the way, I've said it before and I'll say it again: sleep is overrated : )

I am really liking this...and such a verrry interesting premise. There are so many passages that bring a smile so I'll just pick this one that made me shake my head in admiration: "If I can just..." Sophie starts, and Pam feels her stomach drop as the woman and her meat take a step closer to Pam. "Why are you with Roy, honey?" she asks in a stage whisper and Jim's expression melts into total amusement. "I mean he's no good for you and Jim here is so good looking." she informs Pam, gesturing toward Jim with a fist full of ground round." That's gooood!

Author's Response: lol I have no idea how I'm cranking this out so quickly...I think because I needed the light-hearted humor so badly after the bruised and beaten emotional journey that was How it Falls. You know what I mean, I know.

I love it. I love the idea and I love these alternate versions of Jim and Pam (and well everyone really. Independently wealthy Ryan and great guy Roy and Toby attached to his phone and Kelly being basically exactly the same) I love it!
