Excellent! I've been caught in that love-hate relationship with Jane Austen for quite some time myself. Very well written angst!

Wow, this was really touching and sad. Great job. I liked lines like this: She grabs a Blue Moon, wishing it were a Hoegaarden, but resigned to wanting what she can't have, settling for things she doesn't want.
Funny how a beer can be a metaphor for so much more. Anyway, loved it even though it broke my heart.
