Wow. This is amazing. I was going to wait until it was complete before I read it, that way I could peek at the ending and see how it ended and thus protect my JAMmy heart. But I gave in tonight and although it was indeed heartbreakingly angsty, I ended up really, really liking it. It is so well written and seems so very real.

Thanks for this excellent update, Strawberry Fields. I was itching for something good to read. I love your style of writing. Thanks also for your author's notes, because I'm feeling pretty sad here...but in a good way...in an I-can't-wait-to-find-out-what's-going-to-happen-next kind of way. I was very intrigued with the Jim/Wallace-as-mentor relationship.
Anxiously awaiting more!
P.S. I love that you're able to put out nice long chapters : )
Author's Response: Sorry about the sadness! I swear it does get better, but it's gonna take a bit. But there won't be too much more Jim/Karen to endure! I really like David Wallace, for some reason. He seems like a great guy. I thought he would take Jim under his wing, so to speak. Hope you enjoy the next chapters!

there's a lot in this i'm really nuts about. i hope you'll continue this and tease out more content. it's very well written, i guess i'm just hoping we get into the "meat" so to speak.
