Wow. I don't care how old this is, it hits all the feels. I especially love the bit at the end where you write how he knows the truth. That is so great, so true.

This was beautiful and romantic and just amazing. You have such a gift for turning ordinary words into extraordinary sentences. I would quote all of my favorite lines back to you but it would be every line in it, so I will just quote my absolute favorite:
"He's sure his sense of touch is leaving him when she pulls him into her, searing through the darkness like some shooting star, magnificant and beautiful and powerful and he knows he could never love anyone but her."
Author's Response: thank you so much for your amazing review, kaystar. i'm so glad you enjoyed this piece, and i can't tell you how much your feedback means to me as a writer and as a reader. take care!

I could have sworn I reviewed this already. Oops.
Love this line: Some people think he knew far before she did, but he knows the truth. She just fought it longer. I'm also really enjoying the pace and the mood of this fic. Nicely done, Josephine!
Author's Response: thank you, lisahoo (no rhyme intended :P). i appreciate the kind words, especially from a writer who's work i'm such a fan of!

i have butterflies in my stomach. that was beautiful. *sigh* my heart fluttered at this "he wonders if she'll be the one comforting him while she gives birth to his children." love it.
Author's Response: thanks so much for your kind review, rulesofjinx! be on the look out for a fic about the aforementioned birth of children in the future ;)

::sigh:: Very nice work here. I love how you've created so much "extra" life for them. So many more facets to their personalities than we typically get to see on the show.
Author's Response: lovefool, i've been a nameless fan of your work for quite some time-- thank you so much for your kind review. i can't wait to see more of your great writing :)

Absolutely beautiful writing. I love reading their thoughts about the other, how different they see things, but how perfectly they "fit" and complement each other.
Favorite lines: Sometimes people ask him if he knew from the beginning that she was the one for him. It's an easier question than it should be, but he always knew. Maybe not consciously at first, but something in him stirred when he met her.
Author's Response: thank you, everybodyhurts. they do fit together so well, don't they?

This was great! I loved how there wasn't any dialogue at all but you did such a wonderful job describing the scenes, you didn't even need any. I also loved the way you switched POVs. Also the image of Pam comforting Jim while she's in labor is just too cute/amazing to imagine. Hope to read more from you soon!
Author's Response: thank you for your kind review, supergirl. we all jim will be freaking out while pam gives birth :P hope to see you around!

What an incredible and haunting story.
This is also an amazing first story. You must be a writer. You have such a way with words.
Author's Response: thank you so much for your kind words, beeswax. i look forward to posting and reading more here on mtt in the future :)

oh. my. god. This is achingly well written and so amazing to read. I really really loved way too much about it so I think quoting what I thought was good would take up like your entire reviews page. My favorite part, though, is the section about her burning herself and about her teasing him that in a fire he would run around in circles and she'd put the fire out. So true to them and so beautifully put.
Definitely worth more than a 10. ;-) Well done and thanks for starting your foray into fic with something so amazing.
Author's Response: stablergirl, i have to admit that i've been a lurker here on mtt for quite some time-- your name rings a bell as one of my favorites. thank you so much for your kind review!rnrnfor jim's sake, let's hope there's never a fire ;)

What i would think true love is...
you are such a romantic writer, I like it a-lot!
Author's Response: i'm glad you liked it, jamfan :). i think jim and pam have that sort of "true love", as you put it- i'm glad i got that through. thanks for taking the time to read it!

Josephine, this was an absolute pleasure to read. These inner thoughts and details are so wonderfully romantic. This perfect balance between loving and being loved is foreign to him, and some days he doesn't know how to deal with it. *Sigh* Great job.
Author's Response: nanreg, i will always have a special fondness in my heart for you as my first reviewer ever :). thank you so much for your kind words!
