NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
carbondalien, with those 12 words, you have broken my heart! Jim, you're so close, you idiot! You go through that back door and make out with Pam this INSTANT, mister!
After that brief moment of insanity, I just feel I should remind you that you really need to keep writing. =] (Not that you wont remember, you update this story like, twice a day, which rocks my world.)
Author's Response: I try, I try. :) Glad you're enjoying this.

Oh! I've been hoping for another chapter tonight! I've really been enjoying this story. I wasn't sure you could pull off a married Pam that I'd still like ... but you did!
Author's Response: It's tough to balance it all out, so I'm happy that it worked out. Glad you liked it. :)
Date: June 09, 2008 05:09 pm Title: and it burned out the whole spectrum as if you were everything
Instead of Jan with no Gould, it's Pam with no gold. Yay!!! Great job. Great chapter.
Author's Response: Glad you liked it. :)
Date: June 09, 2008 02:49 pm Title: let's not forget ourselves, good friend
Beautiful. I'm speechless, and anticipating Jim's sick day!
Author's Response: Glad you're liking it. :)
Date: June 09, 2008 02:30 pm Title: and it burned out the whole spectrum as if you were everything
Oh god. First, this kills me (I've died multiple deaths, by the way): He put the Post-It note on his night stand and hoped he wouldn't be in love in the morning. Argh. So, I'm so sad ('cause I'm dead). And then...you resurrect me with your talk of scrap gold and house-sitting! I'm exhausted but feeling hopeful. Continue please...
Author's Response: Well, I'm glad you've been brought back from the dead. Hopefully you'll enjoy what happens next. :)
Date: June 09, 2008 02:29 pm Title: and it burned out the whole spectrum as if you were everything
I really like this Abby character you've concocted!
Great lines you give this girl!
She's probably making tons of money selling scrap gold, 'cause Phyllis said she's not wearing her wedding ring anymore.
Looking forward to following Jim's sick day...
Author's Response: She's a nice bit of comic relief. And Jim should have a super sick day. :)
Date: June 09, 2008 01:28 pm Title: let's not forget ourselves, good friend
Thank God for Abby. I think she finally got through Jims thick head. Thanks for for quick updates.
Author's Response: Jim needs more than one person to kick him into gear.
Date: June 09, 2008 01:24 pm Title: and it burned out the whole spectrum as if you were everything
The waiting is going to kill me! If you didn't update as often as you do I'd probably be a puddle on the floor. Please keep them coming....and kick Jim's butt in to gear for me. I'd really appriciate it.
Author's Response: Haha, I shall. I try to be quick like a bunny with the updates. :)
Date: June 09, 2008 12:58 pm Title: and it burned out the whole spectrum as if you were everything
"No need for you to come anywhere near my house."
YAY! I can't wait for the happy, fluff-filled ending that is bound to ensue! Please write!
Author's Response: Well, it is labeled angst AND romance. Just so happens that angst comes first.
Date: June 09, 2008 12:53 pm Title: and i know you're letting go, but this is good advice
"Wow, you know, I thought that would be awkward. I was totally wrong about that though, huh? And, as much as I would love to stick around, cause this is, wow, so much fun - I really have to get back in there because now there's only one mouse in this box."
Wow, that sounds like something I would say. I can't wait to read more. However, if Jim continues being an idiot I may have to break something.
Author's Response: Haha, I'd hate to see this story become the root of vandalism.

oh! jim needs to quit being an idiot
Author's Response: Amen.
Date: June 09, 2008 12:47 pm Title: and it burned out the whole spectrum as if you were everything
Please update soon! I get so excited when I see an update for this story!!
Author's Response: Yay, thank you. :) Glad you're liking it.

AMAZING! My heart is breaking, but in a totally good way. I'm soo hooked to this story.
Author's Response: Glad it's in a good way! And glad you're liking it. :)
Date: June 09, 2008 09:20 am Title: and i know you're letting go, but this is good advice
Oh, I love Abby. She's spunky and blatantly honest! Good for her!
Best line so far: Don't be an idiot.
Author's Response: Well somebody needed to say it to him.
Date: June 09, 2008 08:39 am Title: and i know you're letting go, but this is good advice
You've done a great job with the development of Abby's character. She's the friend we've all wished Jim would have to kick him in the right direction.
I have to think he's right though in not pursuing her.. she's married and therefore off-limits. She needs to make the decision for herself and hopefully she already has. I'm probably reading into this too much, but does she have a PA cell phone number already? Has she already moved back from CA?
Also, Mopey-Jim is pretty sexy.
Author's Response: Well, lets just say Pam is probably sticking around for a bit...

*HUGE sigh* That was so good.
I miss you every day.
555-0101.
Love,
Pam
Wow. That just kills me.
Author's Response: Glad you're enjoying it. And hopefully you'll be un-killed soon. :)
Date: June 09, 2008 06:19 am Title: and i know you're letting go, but this is good advice
good one, carbondalien. I always appreciate when Jim stands up for himself in a non-cruel way, that shows Pam he loves her, but he won't be played with, even unintentionally. Pam needs to break up her own marriage, not force Jim to do it! good chapter.
Author's Response: Exaaaaaactly. Glad you liked it. :)
Date: June 09, 2008 06:01 am Title: and i know you're letting go, but this is good advice
I like Abby. She's smart. Jim, on the other hand...
These are some rapid fire chapters. Good work, Carbo.
Author's Response: Thank you. :)
Date: June 09, 2008 05:49 am Title: and i know you're letting go, but this is good advice
Oh phew! This is a bit of an emotional rollercoaster! Pam needs to give Roy the heave-ho.
Author's Response: Hopefully at the end the ride will have been a good one. :)
Date: June 08, 2008 10:40 pm Title: i been the distance and i need some rest
oh you can't just end it like that! ughhhhh!!!!! (but now I'm VERY excited)
Author's Response: You should be. The wheels are finally turning. :)
Date: June 08, 2008 10:36 pm Title: pushing on through, all i wanna do is get over you
aw :( I better not see any Jibby
Author's Response: Jibby would be very strange.
Date: June 08, 2008 07:37 pm Title: i been the distance and i need some rest
Ohmygosh. Ilovethiswaytoomuch;
I need more. You've captured the angst soo good, but I need some fluffage soon. :) It's one of the best fics I've ever read.
Please soon?
Author's Response: Wow, thank you. :) The next chapter has just been added... don't know about the fluff factor though. But it'll happen.
Date: June 08, 2008 07:29 pm Title: i been the distance and i need some rest
Haha, I love Abby. Can't wait for the next addition!
Author's Response: She's the comic relief life raft that keeps us all from drowning in a sea of angst, haha.
