I really like this fic. As I was reading it, it kept nagging me. It reminded me of a song. I could think of it. Then it came to me... http://youtube.com/watch?v=SNL9Ja8afhM
Author's Response: Wow, that song totally works for this fic! Thanks for sharing it, and for reviewing! I'm glad you like it.

I like it! Good premise and I love the Lucky Jim idea. Keep it up!
Author's Response: Thank you! I was worried the Lucky Jim idea might be too far fetched, but I'm glad it's getting a good response. Thanks again, and look for an update soon!

my fam lives in center city, my sister takes classes at pafa, and my mom is from kensington.
obsession with this story? i think yes :)
and if you can somehow get philly jim to move here for real, you might save my dad from a heart attack before the next eagles season...
Author's Response: Wow, thanks! Is your sister's name Pam? Because if it is that would be waayy too freaky for words, lol. I'm glad you don't have any major complaints about how I'm portraying the city (yet), because honestly I'm just flying by the seat of my pants here. And I'll send out Philly Jim's bat signal for ya, but there are no guarantees he'll respond to it. ;) Thanks again!!

I want more Philly Jam. I didn't realize this was a WIP and after I finished the first chapter I was all...where's the next. Noo! Really looking forward to the next installment. I can hardly wait to see where you take Jim/Pam. You have an excellent start and it hooked me right away. Well done!
Author's Response: Thank you! Yeah I guess I should've specified it was a WIP. Luckily, more will be on the way soon!!! Glad you liked the first chapter!

I love a good AU story and this one is starting off great. Even though the characters are out of the office, you have thus far stayed true to the DM personalities. Especially Dwight. I am looking forward to the other DM employees making appearances.
Author's Response: Thank you! Yes, all the characters definitely will make appearances sooner or later. I'm glad you think the ones I introduced as of now fit well. Thanks again!

I'm really excited to see where you take this. I have to tell you that I live in NJ, but my entire extended family lives in Philly, and I'm only a 15 minute car ride away. My mom grew up in Kensington (it was actually a decent neighborhood at one time). Anyway, it's fun to see a story set in Philly because it holds a special place in my heart. Looking forward to more!
Author's Response: Wow, thank you! I hope I'm representing Philly all right! From my very reliable source (Wikipedia), it says Kensington is a working-class kind of neighborhood, which is where I really saw Pam coming from and Roy still living in. I hope thats actually the truth... Thanks again!

oooooh I love AU's like this! Very good beginning - I really love how you've just picked them up and placed them in a new situation like they were meant for it the entire time. Update soon :)
Author's Response: Thank you! I'm glad you think the roles fit them well, and I'll hopefully have another chapter up soon. Thanks again!

Hi there, Dundie All-Star! I'm especially intrigued by this story since I work in Center City Philly, two blocks from Rittenhouse Square and a block from Spruce Street : ) Looking forward to seeing where you take this.
Author's Response: Wow, thank you so much! I hope I'm representing Philly all right! I actually don't live there, but thank goodness for Wikipedia! I might have to call on your services when referencing things like restaurants or theaters. Thanks again!

This is a really cool idea! AU's rock in general, and I love the idea of putting both of them in a position where they've achieved a lot already. I can't wait to see where you take this!
Author's Response: Thank you! I know, I love AU's as well, so I'm just as geeked about this story as you are! Lol. Thanks again!

As a Philly Sports fan, I know all to well about the Curse of William Penn...
I love the story. Keep it up.
Author's Response: Thanks! Glad you're well versed about Billy, lol. I actually had to do research for this fic, so when I found him I knew I had to work him in somewhere. Thank you again!

So I'm a total AU freak and I already love this. I'm really eager to see how things work out between the two of them when their careers are what they always wanted them to be. Good job, don't make me wait too long for an update.
Author's Response: Thank you! I'm really glad you enjoyed this. I'm a big fan of AU myself, so I'm just as excited to write this as you probably are to read it! Thanks again!
