Very nice!  I really liked Pam's thoughts in here.  It makes total sense that she'd be disappointed in herself and in him.  I loved her fleeting thought that she'd really just like to go home.

I also liked his realization of what was going on, and what he did about it. 

I hope we find out in September that something like this happened.
