Aww sweet way to close this one out.
Glad you came back to finish this one and share.
Author's Response: Thank you for reading <3

Another remixing I enjoyed a lot but I will say I feel a little bad for Dwight. He protected Jim and got thrown under the bus to Toby the principal. Hope he doesn’t get it too much trouble. Nice to see the end result though. Jam at last.

Oh wow this must have been really hard for Pam but I love the shades of Phyllis’s wedding that this chapter gave off. Trying to make her heart feel better with Roy when she still had it bad for Jim
I get the feeling these days they no longer put on elementary school productions of Romeo and Juliet. Too much drama!
Author's Response: I would imagine not! 😄

So I was really sad reading the first lines of this chapter. It can be really hard when you don’t get to be in class with your friends. I remember my son going through this, shortly after we had moved and my heart broke just for him. This passage brought that to mind.
And then wow, a 4th grade/season 3 mashup. You did a good job repurposing the things like her staring at his neck, Phyllis getting married and the heartbreaking chewing gum share.
And looks like we are heading to a Roy/Pam pairing that while not the couple I want to see will make things interesting for the upcoming chapters.

Pam’s mom knows her stuff about why little boys pick on girls.
Very sweet reconstructing the visit to Jim’s room.

What struck me most in this chapter (aside from boys are complicated) was her fear of jumping of the swing. Great way to express that personality trait of hers.

Oh I can totally picture little Kelly magic marketing her face with “make-up”. It works on both levels, little kid and Kelly Kapor.

A lovely way to wrap this one up!
Author's Response: :))))

Awwww. Glad they got their kiss... and that Pam recognizes the stakes of what happens next. And this is an interesting twist on the fight in The Negotiation. Poor Dwight.

Jim starts calling her Beesly right after Karen leaves? Hmmmmm.
Oh, Pam. Come on, now. Your moment was right there. What a gut-punch.

Now THAT'S Kelly as a quality wing woman. nice to see Pam recognizing the role Roy is playing for her here, and trying to move beyond her issues with Karen... she's showing a lot of maturity.
Date: October 16, 2022 08:13 pm Title: Chapter 12
Watching the chipping away at Pam's dreams happening to a Tiny!Pam is brutal. Poor girl. Run while you still can.
Jim still a better boyfriend than Roy here. Very cute. (This reminds me - have you seen the "Day at Dunder Mifflin Elementary" Little Golden book?)
Author's Response: *googles immediately* no, how adorable is that!?
Date: October 16, 2022 07:58 pm Title: Chapter 11
Ooooof. Brutal for poor Pam. Much as in canon, you can see how this would lead her down a bad road with a guy who can't be bothered to get her name right.

Phyllis as their teacher SHOULD be a lot of fun. Everyone's growing up a little, should heighten the tension...
Date: October 16, 2022 07:48 pm Title: Chapter 9
This is some fun remixing of canon - the grilled cheese, Jim's party, the grill. And it's nice to see them advancing their friendship a bit. Big step...

Ah, they're bonding over pranks! Fun.
Date: October 16, 2022 07:35 pm Title: Chapter 7
Young Kelly has her plusses and minuses as a wingwoman, doesn't she?
You have to feel for Jan here. In every universe, cleaning up Michael's messes.

"Mr. Scott had sent home a list of our classmates' names so our parents could ensure we didn't forget anyone. He thought everyone deserved a card no matter if we talked to them or were friends with them. Of course, his name was also on the list, and I'm pretty sure he bolded his name." This is Michael in a nutshell.
These two kids. The heart eyes. Too cute. TOO cute.
Date: October 16, 2022 07:01 pm Title: Chapter 5
The Dundies feels like something that a grade school audience would be very into. Also: LITTLE DWIGHT FOLLOWING AROUND MICHAEL IN THEIR SUITS.
Roy clearly struggling with what to do with his own proto-crush here. Too bad Pam is already reading books with someone else...

First off welcome back to MTT. I wasn’t around (here) when you began this story but glad I’m here for its return. After readers this intro -how adorable is the concept and love the repurpose of the good day line.
The Angela meet scene had a great representation of her character (as a child) and Jim’s weird, halfway smile was as heartwarming here as in the show. This is going to be fun I’m sure.
Author's Response: I hope you enjoy the rest <3

I am going to have to think long and hard as to whether canon Michael might have made a good elementary school teacher. You definitely see some distinct plusses and minuses here.
Pam being a little intimidated by Katy and her continued bashful courtship of/by Jim is highly squee worthy.
Date: October 16, 2022 06:26 pm Title: Chapter 3
Awwww. A good hearted effort, Pam, but the crayons themselves weren't the point. Poor little Jimmy.

"When I turned back, we made eye contact, and I stuck out my tongue. Boys, they were so complicated." Amazing!

"Ms. Daniels." I see what you did there.
She shared her crayons! Now that's young love. And he was totally drawing little Pam.
