that was a great ending - definitely jim, as we have now seen from the 'dinner party' episode, he doesn't mind stealing things for pam, the things that are important to their relationship. great story, and this was written so beautifully!

*sigh*. as much as i can't stand karen, it still is heartbreaking for me to have to witness (or read) about their awful breakup. yet it had to be done so jim and pam could be together (!!!!! - hey, i'm a girl, i can't help it :), seriously) this chapter was really well written, and i can imagine it was probably hard to write - so great job! i can't wait to read the last chapter!

oh wow! as much as i wanted jim and pam to uh, ahem..... i'm glad they were stopped - like you wrote it would be really sad if their first time was overturned by guilt. that said, i can't wait to keep reading!

Just a little piece of advice...never apologize for your writing in your end notes. It was a great chapter. I loved the letter she'd been saving all this time, nice touch.
