This is a really good portrait of Roy. Much as I enjoy a good "Roy is the worst person on the planet" fic, this feels very realistic to the type of guy Pam might actually stay with for 10 years - a guy who genuinely does love her and maybe gets more than he lets on, without actually GETTING it. I feel for him while still feeling like he basically earned the ending he ended up with.

Oh, man. That was angsty and sad but so so so so good. I actually really like Roy, and I feel like he was painted to be worse than he really was. I wonder sometimes how Roy must really think of the whole Jim and Pam thing...is he jealous? Does he still love Pam? Does he totally hate Jim? This was really really great, and it makes Roy seem like a real, genuine person. I loved it!

Love it. Even if he calls Jim a jackass many times. Let's face it, any guy who makes a move on another guy's fiance is a jackass, even if that guy is a amazing as Jim Halpert. Great job.

I don't care how angsty this is- I LOVE it! I like Roy stories, and even though I love Jim and Pam together, I do feel sorry for Roy. He's a good guy, he just wasn't right for Pam. But even though he wasn't right for her, it doesn't make him hurt any less. Great read!
