Nice!! I loved them meeting by quite literally bumping into each other. And great job tying in the meeting Dwight line that is referenced in the show...:) Loved it and can't wait for more!

Fact: I'm a huge fan of this story! I love how you're including bits from the show, but the story is so unique. And I love picking out the MI-specific stuff and saying "Hey! I know where that is!" I can't wait to read more about the adventures at camp!

When I saw that this story took place in Michigan, I just HAD to read it! I live in the Metro-Detroit area, I have several friends attending GVSU, I almost went to HFCC, and I took skating lessons as a Belle Tire hockey rink (go Motor City Mechanics!) I'm so excited to read more about Jim and Pam in my home state!
Author's Response: Oh, SP&T, how fun - another Michigander! I too am an "east sider," although I spent five years at GVSU (minutes from the real "Camp Warrior Spirit"), so for once I don't have to do much research on a story. :) Hope you continue to enjoy!

So considerate with the updates, Little Comment. I'm loving the buildup and how you're plugging people into this new scenario. It seems you've chosen the perfect new occupations for our old faves.
Still, peeking just under the surface revealed an ever-bubbling cauldron of intrigue usually reserved for soap operas and reality television; Camp Warrior Spirit could rival The Hills for silly “he said/she said” drama, General Hospital for whirlwind romances and devastating breakups, and The Real World for plain ol’ hookups going on behind closed doors. Ooo! Is that a promise?!

Honestly, LC, I'm not into AU at all. At all. /kev The notion of them all sort of having the same jobs in a different place makes it better for me somehow (they're nearly the same people) so I'm going along with this one - besides you always write good stuff. Awaiting the next installment...

God, even though I feel like I've read (and heard) all of this before, it is still so exciting to read it all now. I loved how you told each of their unique stories for finding the camp, their expectations, hopes, fears... It's going to be so fun watching their relationship unfold. And I already love the other minor characters we've seen so far too!! I can't wait to be introduced to more of them. This was just the perfect set-up, leaving me wanting more.
I know you've heard a lot of what I have to say, but I really do think this is fabulous, and it totally deserves way more than the 10 I'm giving it.
Also, fabulous links. That map of Michigan is ballin!!!
