Pregnant with my baby… My baby. Of all of the amazing- I mean, really, really great things your body can do, this is just. Wow. And we did that. Because I love you and you love me and we made a baby. A baby.
Those lines capture so well how Jim must be feeling. To think that all was lost at one point and to now have this? Wow.
Such a heartfelt little story.

Aww. This was adorable. I loved that Jim reflected on the changes that came with pregnancy. I also love that he asked practically everyone for advice, including Meredith.
I loved this fic so much.
