Favourite part. I'm curious to see a follow up to this story.  Almost like it needs a bookend story.  I especially loved the last line: "She could only hope he wanted all the things he'd left behind"  Of course he does!!!!!

Just lovely.  I love the tone of her letter; it is absolutely appropriate. 

I do believe my favorite line was: "Jim might as well been sitting right there, she felt his presence so keenly."  When I read that line, I so clearly pictured him perched on her desk, right next to her computer, staring down at her.  And the thing is, I don't think that's very far off from how Pam's been feeling this season.

How sweet was that?  I like the clarity of it - how you took a simple idea and filled it with all those clever details (the matches, Cup-o-Noodles, etc.) Really fun.
