You are SO right about there being so many moments in S3 when tiny changes could have blown the whole thing right open, and her not giving in so easily with the confusion at the end of the Initiation call is certainly one of them.
This fic just made me smile a lot. I really like the idea of them just... not wanting to stop talking, and letting that draw them closer and closer until they couldn't stand to not be physically together. It's just so THEM.

Oh this is lovely! That image at the very end was great. Something about the simple statement that he took a breath before unbuckling was so telling in a small wonderful way. Great piece

How did you manage to capture all of the angst and longing in 800 words? This story was amazing. The almost minimalistic style worked perfectly, and your lack of description allowed me to see everything that was happening in my head.

I think this is the third time I read this one. Each time I read it, I am so carried away with thinking about what happens next that I forget about leaving a review!
