I decided to look up this story in case I missed an update, kind of bummed there hasn't been one in a while. I'm really eager to read where you take this. This line really stood out to me upon the re-read tonight...
Sometimes I just don’t get Roy. I mean…is it right to marry someone who doesn’t get you, but yet knows you so well at the same time.
Very good description for her relationship with Roy.
Oh, and I'm adding this to my favorites so I don't miss an update... hopefully soon ;D

Thanks for joining us here at MTT and adding new fanfic! This is a very good start and you write Jim's inner voice well!
My one suggestion so far is be mindful of tense, there's a tense shift a couple paragraphs in that's a bit distracting.
Definitely picking some good JAM songs so far with Iris and Boston. ;-)

I really enjoy reading Jim's perspective after Casino Night and I love how upset you portrayed him as in order to explain the move to Stamford. Looking forward to the next installment :)
Maybe Pam's perspective for a chapter?
