What a lovely end to this story! Although, I’m a little sad to see it end... It’s so nice to have a version where they work their way towards each other so much earlier & without all the angst. Kelly was definitely the MVP of this story. Her matchmaker skills clearly paid off.

This last chapter was really sweet. I did kind of like that there was still an element of will they/won't they even though I kinda figured we'd be heading to the resolution we did. Still this chapter, like this story has been a fun ride.
You captured the inherent sweetness they have for each other along with a lot of the "I just met this person and I like them but do they like me," kind of vibe that really does fit them meeting for the first time like this. I really liked how Pam pulled out the stops with the new top and it had its intended effect. The kiss there at the end was just all sorts of the right kind of sweet and steamy. Great visual right there.

Oh, I am SOOO enjoying this! Kelly's involvement is giving this such a junior high flavor, coupled with Pam's inexperience with adult flirtation. It really is a totally different experience with Pam having the crush first, but Jim is falling fast too. I am looking forward to Pam owning her feelings, rather than being dashed around in the waves. But this is all so very sweet -- I love it!

Perceptive Larissa is the best version of Larissa. It was sweet to see Jim consider how he felt about Pam a little deeper due to his sister’s prying. Kelly can always be counted on to help spread information around the office. It’s nice to know Jim can identify his jealousy. So a few twists and turns here. A lot of the classic JAM elements we all know and love. Jelly bean eating at the reception desk, partners in crime against Dwight, and even a little bit (maybe a lot a bit) of the shyness one can sometimes see in Pam during the early seasons. Then the twist that Katy is involved. This could prove to be an interesting development.
That Kelly is a force to be reckoned with when it comes to getting our favorite pair of idiots together should also be a treat to read. Lots of good introspection on Pam's part here. Looking forward to getting some more of Jim's take on things next time around.

Oh, I like this! And with Pam being single, the trajectory of the story is wide-open! I love being surprised by developments and this certainly has that potential. As stated by several others, your characters are all spot-on! Even Pam being a tiny bit mean rings true as a shield from her own attraction to Jim. Very cute set-up! :)

Oh my goodness - that line about the manager having the hots for Ryan... Too real, too funny. I just keep picturing early S3, “but that’s nothing compared to the way Michael has been looking at me” when Ryan takes Jim’s desk.
Jim’s assessment of Ryan feels fairly accurate. It’s nice to know he’s still fairly true to character in this universe. I’m looking forward to seeing Jim fall for Pam in this world too!

I like this different take on things. Jim knowing right away she's engaged does color things a little differently. He's open to friendship, but it's not the love at first sight type of thing we normally associate with in canon. Still I'm looking forward to seeing how things play out now that Pam is single. The end with Roy felt fairly organic - I can picture that, & him breaking down with Pam in that way. It’s always nice to have Roy out of the way fairly quickly. Fingers crossed he stays out of the way.

I'm so glad you decided to make this a whole thing and not a oneshot. I like the contrast between Pam not cheating and Roy cheating, and I like the dynamic you set up with Kelly, Pam, Ryan, and Jim (and nice use of BJ & John's past as a hook). Looking forward to more.

Now this is an interesting premise. Lots of fun to see this version of how Jim and Pam met. Part of me thinks there will be more drama with Roy ahead. Considering all the pairings in the story description I'm sure there will be drama with Jim and other women too. Still this has a lot of potential. Looking forward to seeing where you go with this.
