This was fun! I love you starting with some Product Recall vibes, Pam and Jim knowing that in spite of their issues they still have Michael to manage… and Pam being frustrated with how much she personally is asked to wrangle him. I thought there was a really appropriate and deeply canon-compliant degree of cringe comedy throughout this whole story – this feels a lot like what would happen if the writers room had set out to write a Jam episode that felt like a Michael storyline, which is something we don’t see a lot. I mean, I felt awful for poor Karen, but it’s good writing.
You always do such good work with the ensemble – Michael and Dwight as shippers on board definitely made me smile. And you really let us feel what Pam is feeling here.
I loved the note about Pam acknowledging that she’s been pretty darn nice to Karen all told, and the little bit of lust exchange was hilarious and sounds very much like them.
Finally, there were some great individual lines in here: “There’s too much Jim in her head and not enough in her reality” and “Is the raised ridge at the top of Jim’s spine the last thing Karen sees when she closes her eyes at night?” both really got my attention. Kudos!

This was fun, and I like how all the characters are involved. You did a great job with all of them, especially Michael.
Author's Response: Thanks Sprinkles! I kind of love writing Michael, he’s so fun...

Oh God THAT scene.
Author's Response: It’s probably my top contender for best Superstore scene 😂

Very nice little scene here. Starting out with all the tension and angst of S3 but then things take a delightful turn. Everyone is nicely in character too. Very easy to see this kind of scene play out in the madness that is DM-Scranton. Nicely done.
Author's Response: I’m glad to hear you found everyone in character - I was a little worried considering some of the dialogue was taken from Superstore characters. I kind of felt like I was trying to merge two personalities into one to make it work...
