This is really heartbreaking, and a really good picture of some of the S3 angst. Including Pam questioning whether she's been the one holding him back, and the daydreams about leaving Dunder Mifflin and the thought of Jim being the one thing that stops her. Great job!

You really got at some of Pam's feelings here. Season 3 was hard - with or without him there, each brought it's pain and you had some good expressions of that here.

A very real look into her her thoughts at this point in her life. It's often through pain that we make some of the biggest growth in our lives and you're capturing that here really well.

Pam was always too hard on herself, especially when it came to the guys in her life.
She always took on the responsibility and guilt for their behavior which allowed them to treat her like trash. In season 3 Jim treated Pam like trash and playing the poor me card, while he completely ignored the fact that he started the problem between them to start with.
Karen was a giant bitch at the mall for bragging about her relationship with Jim.
In truth Karen needed all the help she could get because she wasn’t all that special. Plus she didn’t have any hips for Jim to put her hands on.
