Oh I know why her apartment feels empty… not home yet or too huge… Jim. Or more like the absent of Jim. Oh Pam… heartbreaking but I truly think it probably good she had this time to herself. But break my heart.
I bet it felt good to destroy all that inside joke stuff from the teapot. Kinda sad but she needed to do what help her feel better. At least in the moment. Good thing she didn’t break the teapot!
No matter how she try she won’t move on. She could pretend but not really.
Heartbreaking but I know it will end happy later!

Omg I’m just glad Pam stopped at destroying memories from inside the teapot and not the teapot itself. I think that might have completely done me in. But I guess this was one of the things she needed to do to start moving on.
You really captured the essence of what she was going through in this post-casino night / pre-the job world. Glad to see that she at least is trying to move on.
Always like to get a little hope at the end of my angst.

So a lot of big emotions rolling around in this one. I get it. She was devestated there crying on the bench. Makes sense she'd take a lot of those feelings home. It hurts a bit that she channeled some of those feelings into destroying the bonus gifts. At least the Teapot stayed intact. She's still hurting though. Yes she may feel good from some movement. So an important part of her journey to be sure. The fact she can be on her own. That she can be whole for herself. That part I like a lot. So all in all a really good insight to a very confusing and growth filled time for her for sure.

You did well engaging us in Pam's mind at this painful moment, running the gamut of all the various shades of self-loathing and regret she's feeling. Her smashing the teapot gifts was painful to read, but a lovely image. This felt like it really set up well for some of Pam's actions in the next few episodes, lets you see the frame of mind she's in where she can make some decisions she knows are maybe not the best. Nice work.

This story gave me a whole range of emotions!
At first I felt bad for Pam,I thought that she was being too hard on herself. I was good to see her getting rid of the stuff he gave her. I thought Jim was an ass at first for asking Pam about moving in with Karen, but then it seemed as though Jim were testing Pam to see if she would show any jealousy for him. Karen comes off as being very pushy about her relationship with Jim. They’ve only been dating for a few months and she already wants to move in together.
I agree with Pam that she could give her dress
new memories. The end was very hopeful and happy.

Im sorry what. I dont remember asking for a broken heart for my birthday.
I loved this though, I could feel Pam’s sadness throughout and her frustration that her sadness is overtaking her. Ugh. Im glad I know the true ending to this because the ending was so sad but it was so well done. Good job, em!!

I have a lot of questions. First of all, how dare you?
But really, you did a great job of showing her regret and her pain and trying to move on, even if it shattered my heart in the process.
Boooold move messing with the teapot and the dress, though. Haha
