Kind of interesting to for Jim to be in the world of dreams here. Also interesting that the scene breaks are a shower of watercolors. Gee I wonder why that might be. Should be fun to explore that some more.
Nice job on the waiting room scene. Everyone seems well within character and you can really feel the tension. Pam passing out at the end was a bit of a shock to be sure as well.
From the medical side of things. Yes, high blood pressure (hypertension to use the medical term) can 100% cause a heart attack. Can cause a stroke too, but one medical calamity at a time. Jim going into a coma, I could see that. He would have needed to be sedated for the hospital procedure and the effects of many sedation meds can take a while to wear off. Likewise his emotional state I'm sure it out of whack at this point in the S3 time frame. So yeah I think that's plausible. Same with Pam passing out. Big emotional news can cause syncope (the medical term for fainting) so that seems to ring true as well. Nice job. Looking forward to seeing where we go from here.

Really good premise with this one and I'm looking forward to seeing where we go from here. Feels like though Jim and Pam aren't on exactly the same page, they're not to far off. So that's good to read. Jim ignoring things like this does tend to ring. He has a tendency to do that. Nice job for the open.

You painted a very interesting picture of Jim's dream world here... not too abstract, but also not too on the nose as to what you're getting at. Looking forward to seeing where you take that next.
Michael assuming that of course Pam is going to be there is a nice moment... as is his mixture of total obtuseness and timely kindness.

Leave it to Karen to make her ego more important than Jim’s health.I like how Pam spoke up about Jim’s high BP. Pam knowing about it and not Karen could hopefully knock Karen down a
peg or two.
Pam fainting is interesting twist.
Will she and Jim start having the same visions while unconscious?

An interesting premise! I always love a good season 3 fix it/sick fic, And I don't think I've seen one That brings in Jim's chronicle health problems before. I'm interested to see where you go with this!

Interesting start to a new story.
I wonder if there is something more to Jim’s high blood pressure than he let on. 🤔
Because even though Jim has the high BP,
he’s still pretty young to be having a heart attack.
