This chapter was perfectly done, you nailed every aspect of Michael, his pure heart and his need to be loved (and where that stemmed from), his reversed logic and actions, his cartoon eyes face at seeing Jan's boob job.
Oh and you pretty much nailed Jan too and all told with the Cupid humor that this story has been doing so wonderfully. I mean- Keep your arms and legs inside the ride- love it.
I loved the Michael Holly love story almost as much as I loved Jam - the speech he gives about them at the company picnic - I saw that as a huge turning point for him - now he still wasn't completely evolved - as you point out there was Helene and Donna and Scott's Tots still had to happen but now I like to think some sparrows had been sent to get him to the place of that speech.
And with the point that he left his everything for his new everything - well that kind of sums it all up. A Very wise Cupid indeed.

Love and Cupid playing no part in the on-paper-high-quality relationship between Dwight and Esther is a strong choice, I think. And I'm intrigued by the idea that Jim might well have served the sparrow's purpose here.
Also. Write the Mose chapter.

I love the Pastor Davis relationship here, because it makes so much sense that the person to lead Angela astray would be someone from the church. "Let's just say you probably don't want to sit in any of the back four pews of that church" - what is with her and semi-public spaces?
"I think you would make an excellent regional manager." This is a sext.
"He was about to ruin one of my favorite pairings, and with Dairy Queen on the line!" I feel this so hard.
This is such a fun Cupid voice in general, and it really shines through in this chapter - between the Dairy Queen and him being bitter with Dwight and his specific rules of Cupid-ing, he's just great here.

Really like getting some of the backstory for Kelly. How she toned down until the cameras showed up and then out came the "old" Kelly. Clinging like a barnacle is such a great line for her because it fits so much. I like the idea though this fic that Cupid can screw up from time to time. I think I see that here in a different way. Kelly might say she loves love, but I think what she really loves isn't love, isn't Ryan, isn't attention. She loves drama. All those other things feed into her love of drama and her want and need to be in the center of it. Nice job.
