I really like what you did here, and I think something like this is entirely plausible in this scenario. Everything happens for a reason, and even Michael, with all of his misguided actions, deserves to hear about something good that came of all this. Really nicely done.
Author's Response: I do feel that someone in that group of kids would have gotten at least some scholarship money and some benefit from Michael's michaelness. Thanks for the review.

An unexpected fic here but not unwelcome. I really like how you got into the mind space of this student. How they initially felt and what happened to them in the immediate aftermath. Makes 100% sense they would go though all of the emotions they did. I really liked how you portrayed that after they took some time to calm down that things were not so bleak as they once thought. That Michael's promise did turn a life around. Great job to bring that all out.
Author's Response:
Unexpected from me too. It kind popped up after DJC said write that fic (as he does). Glad you liked it. Made me feel a little better about that episode.
Thanks for the review.

Oh, okay. MY idea. Sure, sure, just... right under the bus. Make sure you get a good picture of the tire tracks on my back when you're done.
Glad it worked out for Mikela, but I maintain that Michael did not deserve to be let off the hook for this one.
Author's Response:
Hey - thanks for that review and the idea...
Maybe not, but in that case, let's see the letter from the kid who did fare so well as a result of his Michaelness...
You post one and we can make it a series.
