This is sexy and lovely! I also thought you did a great job of capturing that post-natal period, and the loss of ownership of your body, and the insecurity about changing shape and the fatigue which pushes everything else out of the way. Beautifully done!

So this is just a delightful slice of JAM life. The ability to reconnect like this after Cece was born feels very real. They've clearly been investing a ton of time into making sure Cece is well taken care of, it makes sense that there are other areas that have been pushed to the side. For medical reasons and others. However now they have some rare alone time and they make the most of it. Yeah, speaking as a parent I feel that. What I really love is that even though they are now parents, they're also still Jim and Pam who are married and love each other so deeply. However Pam being the one to instigate things and even surprise Jim was also wonderful to read. I can so easily see his eyes shoot open in surprise as Pam starts to manhandle him like that. Loved that part. I mean I loved all of it but that part stood out to me.
Like I said a wonderful slice of life for them. Great job.

I believe in headcanon What is fiction – fan or Pulitzer winning – other than the writer's headcanon? SOMETHING triggers the initial thought, and we're off to the races.
I love the title, Revive, you chose. Re=Again Vive=Live Truly fitting for post baby.
From your own words
Gabe=Impotent True in so many ways
"...the exhausting, the exhilarating, the glorious and the mundane that is new parenthood" Beautiful, succinct summation
"...his eyes flying open wide like window shades" A Looney Tunes cartoon frame flashed through my brain and cracked me up.
Good onya

Be. Still. My. Heart.
I absolutely adore the way you write them, *especially* in this setting. That's it. That's the review.

Postpartum is *quite* fresh on my mind, so there were so many parts of this that felt so very real to me. Hahaha
This really was the perfect smuff! Steamy but filled with all the cute, bantering, lovely Jam we all adore so much. You did an amazing job with this!

I’ve been waiting for someone to add that little bit of info from OL into their fics! This was just great!!

Lady!!!!
Now you know, steam fics aren't usually my thing but when they have all the emotions and realities of their life attached to them, they are.
And this one had so much, good Jam banter, the toll of new parenthood, mentions of things we moms know were real but not shown or mentioned, breast pumps, sore nipples and nursing bras ( Love the line about the easy access), the messy house, the worry about her postpartum body, and how it would be in the aftermath of labor and that Jim is concerned too.
'He’s honestly never felt so big before and she wonders if it’s just been so long she can’t remember or if he’s just really, really turned on.'
We know it's already got to be yeah, quite generous, but well let's just say I imagine Pam was "bracing" for it.
Oh how I loved this line: And she really has missed this, specifically: this ability to be as close to the man she loves as humanly possible.
And giddy over the use of what we learned from the alt talking head which you know had me squealing when we got that reveal in OL. Yup, that's Jim.
Well done Lady!

Ugh, I loved all of this. You know I'm a sucker for smut, and this was just PERFECT! Thank GOD you wrote this, because I didn't think I needed anything more in my life than some first postpartum sex from Jam.

I was waiting for someone to make a fic about that one funny candy bag scene. It made me laugh hard when I heard it. Great job!

"Sometimes the mere thought of what she might have missed leaves her short of breath." A lovely line, really, and a nice bit of framing for the joy in what comes next. And of course she'll always be the shy receptionist he fell in love with, frizzy hair and all!
"Damn, she thinks. Like clockwork." Clearly Pam has had all of abstinence she can stand.
I thought you did well exploring the sensation of how much Pam's life has been overtaken by motherhood and how she's claiming some of herself and her body back here.
Also Jim's complete surprise and then immediately being on board is terrific.
Very sweet and very steamy, friend.
